The basic meaning of the word vyayama (Sanskrit - vyayama) - is exercise, vyayama is divided into two groups: sukshma (Sanskrit - sukshma) - thin and sthula (sthula) - dense, coarse. The whole complex sukshma vyayama - or joint exercises by the method of Dhirendra Brahmachari, is aimed at restoring the natural mobility of the joints, it activates the whole body, warms the body, improves blood circulation and respiratory systems, accelerates metabolism, strengthens all joints, muscles and bones, eliminating many blocks and clamps. These exercises are designed to influence the human energy system of the body (by cleaning up all 72,000 thin Nadi energy channels) through work with the physical body, in order to determine the intrinsic link between rough (sthula) and thin (sukshma) bodies and uniform distribution of the heavy and subtle energies. Sukshma vyayama is suitable for people of all ages and genders, it does not harm even the weak and the infirm, suitable for the elderly, a practice which is soft and subtlety, also for physically strong, and trained students who prefer intensive practices. Tour of the city of Tbilisi, begins in the area "Avlabar" (one of the oldest districts of the city, in which you can almost meet houses of the 5th century). We will walk along the streets, visit the Cathedral "Sameba" (the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity), crossing the Kura River, we will walk to the old city with a cafe and ancient streets (we will drink coffee and eat flat cakes ;), we will inspect the quarter of Sulfur Baths located on natural sulfurous springs. It will be possible to take water procedures. Behind the famous baths there is a beautiful waterfall to Legvtahievi gorge, to which we should definitely go. Next we will go up to the monument of the Mother of Georgia and the fortress Narikala, visit the observation deck, which offers a beautiful view of the old city. If you want, you can visit museums and even Turtle Lake in the heart of Tbilisi. In the evening we will go to the railway station, from where we will get on the night train to the foothills of Svaneti.

Arriving in the early morning at the station of Zugdidi city, we will head to the Abandoned Paradise of the Caucasus - Svaneti. We are waiting for the delightfully picturesque route leading to the heart of Svaneti - Mestia. Mountain landscapes, the gorge of the Inguri River, endless auls and majestic Svan towers. Upon arrival in Mestia, we will settle down, rest and walk through the endless fields to the source of mineral water, going out straight from under the earth. In the evening, we relax with the practice of Yoga
