About Rebecca-Rebecca is many things; a mama, musician, a dreamer, owner of Rebecca Austin Yoga, and a daily practitioner of yoga. She believes yoga is a tool to help us enjoy our short time on earth to “stay sane.”
Rebecca completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Cahuita, Costa Rica in 2013. Since then she attended countless workshops and trainings to further hone her craft. In addition, she hosts monthly Full Moon Yoga classes on the beach and volunteers with her local Moms' Club to show other moms how yoga can bring more peace to their lives. Rebecca led her first retreat at Coldwater Gardens in 2015 and is SO psyched to be back in this magical place.
About Jillian-Jillian began her yoga journey at the age of 16 and has considered yoga a blessing in her life since then. She combines meditation, pranayama, asana, and laughter when on her mat.
Jillian completed an RYT-200 teaching certification in Freehold, NJ in 2006. She has taken many other yoga workshops and certifications since then, including her favorite, Yoga Nidra. Additional studies including Massage Therapy, Physical Fitness, Biology, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography inspire Jillian’s yoga classes to have a holistic approach while always connecting to the tradition of yoga. Through nearly thirteen years of teaching, Jillian is most grateful for the people she has met and lessons her students have taught her.

"Rebecca's voice is very soothing. I think her greatest strength is the rhythm with which she teaches. -Hannah D.
I have attended a few of Rebecca’s events and look forward to many more. Whether it’s full moon yoga at the beach, a one-day retreat to reset, or a few days in the mountains - it’s always time well spent with like minded people and the support of Rebecca! Her voice is super soothing and she always make sure you have the best experience possible. I look forward to many more of Rebecca’s affordable yoga retreats to reconnect with myself physically and mentally. If you can take a day for yourself, I highly recommend you spend it with this talented yogi ❤️- Michele L..
An experience for yogis who like to be extra rustic!
This is a very primitive area, no power, water, or restroom facilities. The bathhouse located near the glamping tents is about a 10 minute drive.
Bring your own gear and hike to the beautiful Coldwater creek for two nights on Coldwater's largest sandbar. The road is primarily used for hiking & biking and can be a bit rough during certain weather. The parking is about 300 feet from the sandbar entrance. There are no designated sites on the sandbar, it is first come first served for site location. Be mindful the retreat is in November so it will probably be quite chilly! Please bring appropriate gear to stay cozy warm!
Situated on a creek-side bluff surrounded by pine and cypress trees you’ll find the Creek View Platform campsite. A 16’x12′ deck with a fire ring, bench, and staircase leading to your private sandbar on Coldwater Creek. It’s a short drive down a primitive road that follows the creek’s edge to park right next to the platform. The bathhouse is about a 7 minute drive from the platform. There is no electricity or water at the campsite.
Love camping but not sleeping on the ground? Situated on a gentle slope overlooking a pine savanna , our glamping tents are outfitted with amenities that make your experience much more relaxing. Please check the weather for Jay, FL before you arrive. Some evenings may be chilly during November and we recommend you bring extra blankets.
(Please private message me if you're interested in reserving a SINGLE Glamping tent. That option is available as well!)

The perfect balance of comforts and nature. The Cabana has a climate controlled bedroom and full private bathroom, with a covered outdoor kitchen and dining space. Just outside the porch is a fire pit and charcoal grill with chairs and benches.
