About Your Guides...

About Rebecca-Rebecca is many things; a mama, musician, a dreamer, owner of Rebecca Austin Yoga, and a daily practitioner of yoga. She believes yoga is a tool to help us enjoy our short time on earth to “stay sane.”

Rebecca completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Cahuita, Costa Rica in 2013. Since then she attended countless workshops and trainings to further hone her craft. In addition, she hosts monthly Full Moon Yoga classes on the beach and volunteers with her local Moms' Club to show other moms how yoga can bring more peace to their lives. Rebecca led her first retreat at Coldwater Gardens in 2015 and is SO psyched to be back in this magical place.

About Jillian-Jillian began her yoga journey at the age of 16 and has considered yoga a blessing in her life since then. She combines meditation, pranayama, asana, and laughter when on her mat.

Jillian completed an RYT-200 teaching certification in Freehold, NJ in 2006. She has taken many other yoga workshops and certifications since then, including her favorite, Yoga Nidra. Additional studies including Massage Therapy, Physical Fitness, Biology, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography inspire Jillian’s yoga classes to have a holistic approach while always connecting to the tradition of yoga. Through nearly thirteen years of teaching, Jillian is most grateful for the people she has met and lessons her students have taught her.

Third Guide to be announced!

I had an Amazing time at the day retreat. Rebecca did a great job of perfectly planning the day, from the fresh squeezed juice wonderfully prepared lunch to the lovely oils we put together. And of course yoga. Rebecca has such a gift for yoga, and it shines through with each flow, she has a lovely voice and loves to sing and chant you to a beautiful place mentally and spiritually. The day from beginning to end was perfection. Thanks Rebecca for hosting such a lovely retreat. Can’t wait for the next one .

I had a great experience! Beautiful accommodations and location. The home cook vegan meals were exceptional. I made new friends with the ladies who attended. They were the best company. Rebecca is an extraordinary teacher and person. She made this yoga retreat remarkable. She held special yoga classes and had fun activities scheduled. I would Give her and this trip 10 stars if I could.
