Ten days, nine nights across five stops: Windhoek, NamibRand Nature Reserve, Swakopmund, Ongava Private Game Reserve, and Onguma Nature Reserve. Travel between properties is by scheduled light aircraft. Full day-by-day, inclusions, and lodging details below.
Visa Requirements
Namibia now requires a visa for most nationalities, including the US, UK, Canada, and EU countries, a recent change worth knowing if you've researched this before. Apply for an e-Visa online in advance through Namibia's official portal, or arrange a Visa on Arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport. Either way, budget around $85-90 USD, and note that processing on arrival can take up to 48 hours, so we'd recommend applying online before you travel. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, with at least three blank pages.
Packing & Luggage
Because travel between properties is by light aircraft, pack light: soft-sided duffel bags only, no wheels or hard frames, maximum 20kg per person, roughly 30 x 35 x 70cm or smaller. Extra luggage space can be purchased in advance if needed, subject to availability. Consider it your excuse to leave the extra pair of shoes at home.
