Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is based on the date the cancellation request is received.

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit and any non-refundable fees.

• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of total package price.

• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

Please note that airline tickets and certain third-party services may be non-refundable and subject to their own terms and conditions. Any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
