Nar Phu Valley Trek is one unique hidden valley trek in Himalayan Nepal, where you get different trekking experiences. This Nar Phu Valley Trek route begins from Beshishar, then walks through the lush forests, beautiful villages, magical landscapes, and remote valleys.
After Koto you will leave the famous circuit trail and enter the Nar Phu valley restricted area. In a few days, you will reach Phu Goan. The village is set on a hill and is itself dominated by ancient Tashi Lakhang Monastery. Phu is built in a typical Tibetan style. You will make an acclimatization excursion day towards the Himlung Base Camp.
Then our Nar Phu Valley Trek Itinerary wild and rocky trek takes us to the beautiful village Nar and Phu. When we cross the Kang-la pass (5100m) we descend to the Manang village via Ngawal village and some other village. From the pass, we can see the mesmerizing view of Annapurna, Lamjung Himal, Gangapurna, Tilicho, and much more snow-capped mountains. In the Manang, we can see the medieval Tibetan culture and dramatic Mountain View, and great alpine sceneries.
We then head west over the Throng-La pass (5416m) and descent to the Jomsom crossing through the biggest pilgrimage site Muktinath and several villages.
