Memphis is the home of the Blues and the birthplace of Rock 'n' Roll. Experience the top sights and sounds of Memphis, Tennessee. We'll stop by Graceland, National Civil Rights Museum, Lorraine Hotel, STAX Museum of American Soul Music and of course the famous Beale St.. Also, we'll make a stop in Nashville, TN to tour the Grand Ole Opry and dine in Downtown Nashville.

You have three ways to pay for your trip.

1) Online: You can pay online by credit card or debit card.  Online payments will incur a 4% service charge. This is to account for Stripe service fees.

2) Mail: Don't trust the internet or want to avoid service fees, you can mail your payment to:

Please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address. Please call or email us when you are mailing a payment. We do not check our mailbox everyday. 

3) In Person: You can drop off a payment at our office in Norfolk, Virginia with the Receptionist from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 500 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia (BB&T building in downtown Norfolk). We are located on the 16th floor inside of the Gather co-working space. Your payment (money order/cashier’s check) must be in a seal envelope with the following information written on the front of the envelope: The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club #1667. Inside the envelope, please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Contact mailing address. We will mail you a receipt. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments made in person. Please call or email us when you are planning to drop off a payment.  

We DO NOT accept payment by phone.  

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour. However, an existing reservation can be changed to another person. Please see the "Name Change Policy" section below.  

If you opt into a payment plan, please pay accordingly to the schedule. If more than two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation(s) will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited.   Always contact us if you are unable to meet payment deadlines.  

Pricing is based on room occupancy (the number of people staying in a room together).  If your roommate cancel or removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur to cover the remaining hotel cost.  You are allowed to replace your roommate.  Please see the "Name Change Policy" below.

No refunds are available once the trip/tour commences. In the event of a no-show by a paid attendee, no refund shall be given.

We STRONGLY recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.  We do not offer refunds. Purchasing travel insurance is a way to protect your travel investment dollars in the event the unexpected happens.

If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email (info@thepacktravelclub.com). Payments will not be refunded for cancellations. 

However, if a trip is cancelled by the coordinator (The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club) due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.  

A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. Applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guest (owner of the booking) plus a $50 administration fee to make a name change.  The new guest will be subject to pay any outstanding balance that was not paid for by the original guest. 

The original guest must send written response via email to info@thepacktravelclub.com requesting a name change and provide the following information of the new guest

1) Name

3) Email Address

Only the original guest can request the name change.  The ownership of the reservation will be transferred once the original guest has provide the new guest information and have paid the $50 administration fee. 

Travel insurance is offered by a third party, Allianz Global Assistance, not The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Plans underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured's state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) may not be available to residents of all states.

Travelers insurance is not required in order to join a trip/tour. 

Marable Enterprises DBA The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club hereby gives notice that The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club does not own or operate any motorcoaches, cruise lines, banquet or catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements made for transportation, accommodations, cruises, sightseeing, attractions, meals, etc., are made by us solely as AGENTS upon the express condition that we shall be not liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in transporting the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.

Photos taken may only be used to promote The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club experience in articles, videos, or other media in which The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club is described and referred to within the contents of the given medium of media communication. Photographs are not to be used as stock photography.

The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club staff and venues will adhere to all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will continue to update our policy as necessary. By purchasing a ticket to our trips, tour, and events, you understand and  acknowledge that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  In attending our trips, tours, and events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability for any illness or injury due to COVID-19 exposure.

Board your spacious, video, and restroom equipped motorcoach and set off for Memphis. Tonight, we will check into an en-route hotel in Knoxville, TN (Turkey Creek) for a good night's rest.

After enjoying Breakfast, we’ll head to Nashville, TN for a tour of the Grand Ole’ Opry. 

Next, we will head to downtown Nashville. You will have plenty of time to explore downtown Nashville on your own. 

After a day of fun in Nashville, we will depart for our hotel in Memphis.

After enjoying breakfast, we will head to National Civil Rights Museum.  You will get the opportunity to view the Lorraine Hotel (where Martin Luther King as assassinated).  For lunch, you will have the opportunity to dine at Central BBQ, a staple BBQ restaurant in Memphis, or you can dine at another restaurant in the downtown area. 

After lunch, we will board the bus and head to STAX Museum of American Soul Music for a self-guided tour.  After learning about the history of American soul music, we will return to the hotel to relax and get ready for our night on the famous Beale Street. 

After enjoying a night of the town (Beale St), we will head back to the hotel for the night. 

After enjoying breakfast, we will depart for Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley. On this self-guided/audio tour, you will learn about Elvis Presley and his life inside his famous home. 

After visit Graceland, we'll have a catered dining experience at Chef Tam's Underground Cafe. Within a few months of being open, Chef Tam was nominated Best New Restaurant in Memphis and Best Overall Food in the city.  In April of 2022, Chef Tam Chopped away at the competition to winner of Chopped on Food Network. Additionally, she was featured in Taste of the South Magazine just a few weeks after her win.  

While Chef Tam has fed many notable celebs, from Grammy Award Winners, Actors, Producers, NBA Champions and NFL players, and even Comedians, she doesn’t dub herself as a Celebrity Chef, she loves being a Chef of The People. The smiles that the customers give after they have eaten a meal at the cafe are all the notoriety she needs.

After our dining experience, we will make our way back to Virginia. Tonight, we will check into an en-route hotel in Knoxville, TN (Turkey Creek) for a good night’s rest. 

After enjoying breakfast, we’ll depart home. A perfect time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you’ve done, the great sights you’ve seen and where your next group trip will take you!
