Day 1 - Arrival and Harpeth Hills Golf

Arrive in Nashville and Play Harpeth Hills
Arrive Nashville International Airport (BNA)
Arrive Nashville International Airport (BNA) around noon. Grab bags and head straight to the course.
Golf Round 1 - Harpeth Hills Golf Course
Harpeth Hills Golf Course — $60 greens fee. Just 5–10 minutes from the airport. Ideal arrival-day round so we get clubs swinging immediately. No long transfer, no hotel delay.
Nashville area lodging (hotel or Airbnb)
Check into lodging (hotel or Airbnb). Properties will be close enough to the heart of Nashville that Uber/Lyft to restaurants and bars is easy and affordable.
Group dinner and welcome drinks
Group dinner and welcome drinks in downtown Nashville or a nearby neighborhood. Casual night to reconnect and set the tone for the weekend.
Day 2 - Hermitage Doubleheader (2 Rounds)

Golf Round 2 - Hermitage Golf Course — General’s Retreat
Hermitage Golf Course — General’s Retreat. Second Hermitage track. Both courses played back-to-back on the same day for a true doubleheader experience. Great way to settle scores and keep the competition going. 8:00 AM
Quick lunch at the clubhouse or grab-and-go
Quick lunch at the clubhouse or grab-and-go. Stay on site — no travel between rounds.
Golf Round 3- Hermitage Golf Course — President’s Reserve
Hermitage Golf Course — President’s Reserve. First of two excellent tracks at Hermitage. Solid conditioning and a proper test. Early tee times locked once group size is confirmed. 1:06 PM

Return to lodging. Free time to relax, nap, or explore.
Dinner and nightlife in Nashville
Evening in Nashville — dinner and nightlife. Options range from classic hot chicken and honky-tonks to nicer steakhouses or live music venues. Group can split or stay together depending on energy levels.
Day 3 - Full Golf Day and Group Dinner

Golf Round 4 - Gaylord Springs Golf Links
Gaylord Springs Golf Links ($129 weekday). Scenic layout near the Opryland area. Strong finish to the golf portion of the trip. We’ll lock exact tee times based on group preference and availability.
Nashville area lodging
Return to lodging. Optional extra nine or range time for anyone who wants more golf.
Final group dinner
Final group dinner — something a little nicer to close out the trip. Casual awards or competition payouts if we run a game.

For those with later flights (or who want one more round): morning tee times available. Exact course TBD based on flight schedules and interest — could be a return to Harpeth Hills (super convenient to the airport) or another nearby track.
Departure Transfers
Players with early flights will transfer directly to BNA. Van or Uber transfers to Nashville International Airport (BNA) as needed. Safe travels home — or extend if anyone wants to stay longer in Nashville.
