Considered one of the world’s best aquariums, the National Aquarium is a must-see for all ages – and return trips are common, too.
The aquarium houses more than 20,000 animals from more than 800 species of fish, birds, amphibians, reptiles, marine mammals and sharks.
Its award-winning exhibits include the Amazon River Forest, Shark Alley, Dolphin Discovery, Harbor Wetland, Jellies Invasion and Living Seashore.
This one-day tour includes transportation and a timed admission to the aquarium. We allow for enough time for you to tour the aquarium, grab lunch and dinner and take in the other sights along Inner Harbor.

There is no charge to park your car at the Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes-Barre Township, or the Green Ridge Plaza, Scranton. Pickup at the Wyoming Valley Mall is in the area of the Ken Pollock Service Center, site of the former Sears service center. Passengers boarding at Green Ridge Plaza should park at the end of the shopping center near Planet Fitness but as far from the door as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

·         All sales are final.

·         Refunds will not be issued for tours -- no exceptions.

·         Therefore, we recommend travel insurance which is now being offered through our partner, Trip Mate. You may use this link to get a quote or to purchase the insurance.

·         As a reminder, the 10-percent deposits on multi-day tours are non-refundable even if you cancel the trip more than 60 days before the departure date.

·         If it becomes necessary for Martz Travel to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund with the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for all day trips.

You are on your own for your meals at the Inner Harbor.
The Harbor Market Kitchen & Café inside the National Aquarium sells a variety of fresh food options.
There are numerous other restaurants within walking distance of the National Aquarium.

VENUE INFO

The National Aquarium on the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Md., features more than 800 species of animals and a host of award-winning exhibits. It is recommended that you spend about three hours at the aquarium.
Other interesting venues on Inner Harbor are the Maryland Science Center where science meets fun. This interactive and educational destination features three levels of exhibits exploring subjects such as astronomy, paleontology, the human body and physics. The center also features live demonstrations, the Davis Planetarium, an IMAX theater, and a rooftop observatory.
Port Discovery Children’s Center is a creative spot for children of all ages featuring hands-on, indoor activities, from interactive art studios and musical exhibits to the museum’s famous four-story Sky Climber.
Board four floating museums, Baltimore’s Historic Ships, and see the 1856 lighthouse with terrific views of the harbor. Explore the gun deck and captain’s cabin on the USS Constellation, discover the torpedo room and tight living quarters of the USS Submarine Torsk, ask crewmembers questions, and more.

WALKABILITY

We will drop you off as close to the entrance of the National Aquarium as possible. The amount of walking you do depends on you.

Manual wheelchairs are available at the National Aquarium free of charge with the deposit of a driver's license on a first-come, first-served basis for use inside the aquarium only.

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip.
