Food

We will be eating fresh, organic, locally grown plant based meals lovingly prepared according to the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. Ayurveda views food as both nourishment and a primary tool for self healing, essential for balancing the mind, body, and spirit.

This approach blends flavourful ingredients with health benefits, creating meals that satisfy your senses while enhancing your vitality with culinary richness and balance. We use a pallette of sattvic ingredients to ensure that your food supports your yoga, mediation and cleansing practices, leaving you feeling nourished, balanced and strong. Here we move beyond calories and macronutrients to embrace food as a tool for creating harmony, balance, and optimal health.

As much as possible of our gorgeous fruit and veg will come from Tolhurst Organic farm, based on site, who use stock free farming to produce the lowest possible carbon footprint, cruelty free food. Their work is truly inspiring and aligned with our ethos of re-connecting and re-aligning with mother nature to live in more harmony.

Natural

Learn to harness the absolute power of the universal flow of energy with Pranayama breathwork. Tap into the force which simultaneously fuels the tiniest cells within you and the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Come as you are as we take you on the journey to experience the ultimate knowledge that will bring you to the dance between the conscious and unconscious, the fulcrum of altered states.

Dive straight in with a refreshing wild swim in the River Thames as we wake followed by the warming Siberian Sauna Experience.

Revived from the waters we will stream into another morning yoga practice. We move into a morning hatha yoga session, opening the body to the warmth of the day and bringing calm presence to the mind. Movement and breath accompanied by live musicians to harmonise your rhythm and end in grounding meditation.

With the freshness of the morning we raise our voices in a vocal activation and release workshop. Here we will explore our internal landscapes through sound, transmuting energy within the body and deeply listening and responding to nature with our own creative process.

We pause for lunch and some free time to enjoy the stillness of the surrounding nature.

After lunch we will walk into the welcome green of the forest. Enjoy reconnecting with the divine life force in this space of vitality, using the Japanese art of Forest Bathing. Rest in the tranquil vibrance of the tree-biome, teeming with life and serenely peaceful, restorative in its rich essence, blessed with bountiful prana, and a fertile ground for meditation and deep spirit work.

Or choose to settle into Yin Yoga & Sonic Embodiment - a soul-nourishing journey that weaves together the gentle stillness of Yin Yoga, the power of conscious breath, and the healing resonance of sound meditation. This immersive session is designed to awaken embodied bliss, unlock creative energy, and reconnect you to the quiet courage and lightness that lives within.

Grounding breathwork softens the nervous system and anchors presence. As your body settles into long-held yin postures, you’ll be guided to listen deeply — not only to the body’s whispers but to the music that naturally moves through you. The session flows into a sound meditation featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and intuitive live instrumentation, designed to dissolve tension and spark your inner radiance.

Restore your physical body with a nourishing dinner before we enter into the evening twilight.

In a dappled woodland clearing we embark on an immersive journey through movement, sound, and sensation as you explore the essence of the elements - earth, water, air, and fire. Explore your inner rhythm and connect with the natural world as you are guided you through this somatic dance workshop set to the vibrant sounds of live music.

Beginning with the element of Earth, feeling it’s’ grounding strength beneath our feet, we will explore stability, balance, and the art of rooting ourselves in the present moment. Transitioning into the element of Water, as we feel our way through movements that encourage emotional expression, fluidity and flow. Moving into the element of Air to expand our horizons, explore openness and creative possibilities with a sense of freedom. Ending with the element of Fire and the invitation to ignite our passion, intensity and power…leaving us energised and ready for the Fire Ceremony to follow.

It’s an epiphany of community spirit, where we kindle each other’s courage and light. A joyful gathering where we dance, we jam, and we lift each other up into the celebration of jumping the fire—opening the space for the sacred walk that follows.

The Firewalk Ceremony is about rekindling your inherent courage, confidence, and inner transformation—just like the element of fire is a part of your nature, pre-set within you. The fire element is the essence of life. It is this fire that keeps us warm, keeps us alive, and keeps us transforming. This transformative process initiates purification and renewal. When we jump over the fire or walk barefoot on the coals, it is not about testing limits—it’s about remembering the limitless strength already within you. It's about transforming the hindrances of life -  fear into trust and doubt into confidence and wisdom.

To top the evening off we have a premium fireside performance from our campfire headliner, grounding that fire energy in wholesome vibration.

Flow

A daily meditative reset as we plunge into the cold river for an extended period. Preparing with breath work before as well as movements to maximise your cold water experience we expect heightened awareness and energy for the rest of the day.

The morning hatha yoga brings accessible empowering sequences with complex variations available for seasoned practitioners. Move your body to connect with earth below and the sky above, in tune and in rhythm with live musicians guiding your kinetic journey.

After breakfast we allow all of that beautiful energy that has built over the weekend to flow into Metta Meditation of Loving Kindness. This simple and soulful practice focuses on cultivating feelings of love, compassion, and goodwill towards oneself and others. Starting with our own hearts and working outwards to include all beings we bring the benefit of our retreat experience to the cosmos.

Lunch and then we gather for our closing circle to bring complete fullness to the retreat weekend.

We expect the closing circle to end around 3pm, and you will be invited to pack down your belongings and begin your journeys back to your homes, resting in the freshness of your new self.
