Incredible experience. It’s a very early start, but you can nap on the bus and the start of the boat trip. Conditions were a bit choppy on the way out, but when we got to the Marine park things cleared up, we spent ages watching humpbacks feed and dive, went across to get up close to the glaciers before heading back to spend more time with the whales. A really great trip.

We highly recommend the Magdalena Island and Marta Island Navigation with Solo Expediciones! On the morning of our tour, the tides were too strong to sail, so they promptly rebooked us for the afternoon tour. They even let us store our luggage in their office since we already checked out of lodging. For the tour, we sailed to both islands and saw penguins, dolphins, sea lions, an elephant seal, and many species of birds. Our guide, Sebastian, was fantastic. His passion for the wildlife that live in the Strait of Magellan made our experience truly spectacular. This tour is a must-do when visiting Punta Arenas!

Experiencia increíble e inolvidable el tour de las Ballenas. Realmente te sientes que estás en un sitio único. Tanto el avistamiento de ballenas, leones marinos y el acercamiento a los glaciares estuvieron increíbles. El catamarán tiene todas las comodidades y el personal a bordo muy simpático y amable. A pesar del alto precio, una experiencia más que recomendable.

What a wonderful day! So many penguins! We were able to get close and take so many photos. The boat ride was pleasant as was the walk to the lighthouse! Lots of sea lions too!
