It was a nice trip. We could see pingwinus, sealions and delphins...the boat was close to sealions and when capitan spotted dolphins made a circule and they were back just next to boat...very nie people and crew on boat.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The team on board were knowledgeable and supportive. The crossing across the Magellan was pretty tough and lots of people were suffering desk seasickness. The team were helpful and on hand to help (I'd recommend motion sickness pills beforehand!). The day was exceptional, we saw sea lions, loads of whales (in a respectful way) and the team had loads of info, were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and generally made the day such fun. I'd recommend to anyone!

Our guide, Carlos, was AWESOME!!!!! Wonderful experience!!! Being in the middle of nowhere and having such A CLOSE APPROACH to the giants of the ocean, was WOW!!! Could be improved? For sure. 1. The person in the zodiac could take pictures of us while kayaking with the whales. After paying 700 USD, that tiny detail makes a huge difference. Does he have the time for it? Plenty! 2. The lady in the office was unpleasant in the morning. She said to me that the information I received about the equipment about being provided by the company was false and nothing would vr provided… I asked her for permission to go back to my apartment to pick the proper material for it and she said that I had to be back maximum at 4 am (I was the first one arriving at 3.45) m. I explained that would be impossible because I needed to ask for a taxi, drive home and back. Then I had no time for it, when I was finally waiting for 45 minutes to leave. If this experience costs a normal price, I wouldn’t share this but a more professional treatment is appreciated.
