Fantastic day, we loved the visit to the penguin reserve! It is a long day, with many hours spent on the bus and on the ferries, but it is organized well and everything goes smoothly. Our guide for the day, Fernando, was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the region and the Selknam people. It is a recommended experience if you'd like to see the King penguins from close up.

I had an extra day in Puerto Natales waiting for the rest of my group to arrive and signed up for the excursion last minute. So glad I did. This was an amazing day! Beautiful fjords, wildlife, waterfalls, and glaciers. Don't expect to get much of a workout from the hike (only about 1 km each direction) but wear good shoes as the terrain can be a bit rough. Lunch was fantastic. Well worth the expense. Just make sure you bring plenty of layers to protect from the wind as it is truly incredible how strong the gusts will get.

We found this tour well organised and a great way to see the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers and surrounding waterways. The one hour round trip walk to the Serrano Glacier in Bernardo O’Higgins Parque is beautiful! The whiskey on glacier ice after the walk was a generous pour in nice glasses and very enjoyable. The lunch was good, the staff was friendly and the setting is beautiful.

We had a great time and enjoyed the tour very much, in large part due to the very personable tour guide (Cami) and driver (Phillipe). They looked after the entire group with care and as the only English speakers on our tour we really appreciated them taking the time to explain everything to us! The tour itself is a long day, with lots of driving but it really does take in the spectacular sites of Torres del Paine. We definitely recommend this tour, especially for those wanting to see the sights without too much physical exertion.

Very good communication prior to the trip; email and what's app. Time was changed, but that was always a possibility. Nevertheless, trip was great, good hosts on board, Cristobal (?) Gave us a quick history / geography lesson and the penguins in the Island were wonderful.
