After a relaxing morning, learn how to make Neapolitan pizza in a class with an English speaking Neapolitan chef in the centre of Naples. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets of Neapolitan pizza in a typical restaurant, in the heart of Naples.

In the first part of the class you will follow the pizzaiolo in the preparation of your dough from scratch with flour and water. You will actively participate in the cutting of mozzarella and the preparation of tomato sauce. Then, the pizzaiolo will explain the leavening, temperatures, conservation, etc… Subsequently, you will create and bake your Margherita.

We provide you all fresh and genuine ingredients and tools and equipment you need. In fact, Pizza is an Italian symbol and it’s prepared with simple ingredients and just with a little bit of creativity. In other words, our pizza maker will guide you and he will teach you all the tricks of the trade.

Make your way to the Spanish Quarters to meet your friendly guide and group for the day. Enjoy listening to a brief introduction as you prepare to enter the tunnels into Underground Naples. 

Pass beneath the streets as you learn about the history of the city from its first transformations at the hands of the Greeks to the development of the Neapolitan Aqueduct into an air-raid shelter during the Second World War.

Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius day private tour 

Your Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius tour starts with a pickup from your hotel in Naples in the morning.   Board a vehicle, and make the ride over to Pompeii—the archaeological site that used to be a Roman city. Once you arrive, follow your guide on a walking tour, and learn the history of the area.
