Itinerary Overview
Nepal Epic Enduro 2026 is progressively structured in 3 stages, showcasing the richness of Nepal’s trails, landscapes & cultures.
Stage 1 — Welcome to Base camp, Pokhara (Days 1–3)
Pokhara, the cosmopolitan adventure capital of Nepal, presents as a buzzy lakeside town surrounded by dense forests, gleaming temples and the sacred 7000m peak of the Macchapuchhre (fishtail). Fully supported by our Pokhara based guiding team you can expect:
600m+ vertical descents to the lakeside, 4x4 jeep or gondola uplift
Technical natural singletrack through mixed forests
Spectacularly sited temples & restaurants
Optional yoga, meditations
Perfect base for group connections & preparations before the terrain, cultures and challenges of the high Mustang.
Stage 2 — High camp, Mustang (Days 3–8)
Stage two begins with a spectacular early morning small-aircraft flight into Jomsom (2800m) where we reunite with the jeep convoy team + bikes and a warming Nepali breakfast under the 8100m Dhaulagiri.
Epic enduro riding now ramps up to 11 with a customised daily menu of 4x4 shuttle laps and pedal accessed loops through vast Mustang valleys, ridgelines and traditional villages. Expect 1500-2000m descent and 500m climbing per day. Optional challenge routes are available for riders who are comfortable with big mountain terrain & altitude, culminating in a carefully planned 5000m+ route option after several days conditioning.
Each afternoon we return to comfortable Nepali guesthouses for food, drink, time & space to connect, share & rest. A new morning dawns with optional short walks, stretching, meditations, before breakfast and bikes.
Expect:
1000m+ vertical descents to the glacial valley floor, 4x4 jeep uplift
Optional Pedal + 4x4 loops to unlock passes, ridgelines and 1500m+ black graded descents.
Loose technical singletrack and creative freeride options through high deserts, fragrant pine forests and suspension bridges, elevation up to 4500m
Optional BikeFlow Ultimate Enduro challenge; 5000m+ route carefully planned with guides & group.

Stage 3 - Homecoming, Kali flow to Pokhara (Days 8-12)

Notice the trail surfaces, climate & oxygen levels changing as we descend into steep forested valleys and hilltop villages connected by natural singletrack and framed by spectacular Annapurna views. Final day brings an epic enduro of 40km+ and 2000m down that will test our now-conditioned bikes & bodies to the limit. River swim, hearty lunch and 4x4 return transfer to bright lights and modern amenities of Pokhara is the reward.
