After breakfast, we’ll head to the domestic airport for a scenic 25-minute flight to Pokhara, Nepal’s adventure capital. Once we arrive, we’ll check into our hotel before spending the afternoon exploring the beautiful Lakeside area. You can take a boat out on Phewa Lake, visit Tal Barahi Temple or simply slow down, wander around and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before the trek begins.

The Trek Begins

Today marks the beginning of our Himalayan adventure! After breakfast, we’ll take a scenic drive to Nayapul, where we’ll lace up our hiking boots and begin the trek. We’ll follow the Modi Khola River and make our way through small mountain villages as the trail gradually climbs. The final section includes a steep stretch of stone steps before we reach Ulleri, where we’ll settle in for the night surrounded by beautiful valley views.

Day 4

Day 4 image

Ulleri to Ghorepani

After breakfast, we’ll continue our climb through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests, making our way further into the Annapurna foothills. The trail includes plenty of stone steps, but we’ll be rewarded with glimpses of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli along the way. We’ll pass through the small villages of Banthanti and Nangethanti before arriving in Ghorepani, where we’ll spend the night at the foot of Poon Hill.

Day 5

Poon Hill Sunrise and Trek to Tadapani

We’ll start the day early with a hike to the top of Poon Hill, sitting at 3,210 metres above sea level. From here, we’ll watch the sun rise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges, creating one of the most unforgettable views of the trip. After taking it all in, we’ll head back down to Ghorepani for breakfast before continuing through rhododendron and oak forests to Tadapani, where we’ll spend the night surrounded by mountain views.

Day 6

Day 6 image

Ghandruk and Return to Pokhara

After enjoying one final mountain sunrise, we’ll trek down to the traditional village of Ghandruk. Here, we’ll visit the Gurung Museum to learn more about the local culture and history, with the chance to try on traditional Gurung clothing. Afterwards, we’ll say goodbye to the mountains and drive back to Pokhara, where we’ll check into our hotel and enjoy a well-earned evening of rest.

Day 7

Day 7 image

Explore Pokhara

Today is ours to relax, recover and explore more of Pokhara. You can spend the day by Phewa Lake, visit the World Peace Pagoda, explore Devi’s Fall and Gupteshwor Cave or choose from optional activities such as paragliding, zip-lining or an ultralight flight. After a few days of trekking, this is the perfect chance to slow down and enjoy one of Nepal’s most beautiful cities.

Day 8

Day 8 image

Pokhara to Chitwan

After breakfast, we’ll leave the mountains behind and travel by tourist bus to the lush lowlands of Chitwan. Once we arrive, we’ll check into our resort and have some time to unwind before heading to the Rapti River to watch the sunset. It will be a completely different side of Nepal and the beginning of our jungle adventure.

Day 9

Day 9 image

Chitwan National Park

Today is all about exploring the wild side of Nepal. We’ll spend the day taking part in jungle activities such as canoeing, guided walks and wildlife spotting inside Chitwan National Park. We’ll be keeping an eye out for one-horned rhinos, deer and plenty of birdlife, with the possibility of spotting a Bengal tiger if we’re extremely lucky. We’ll also visit a local Tharu village to learn more about the traditions and culture of the community.

Day 10

Day 10 image

Return to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we'll begin our journey back to Kathmandu. Sit back, relax and take in the last views of Nepal as we make our way back to the city.

Once we arrive, you'll have the evening to unwind, enjoy one last dinner together and reflect on an unforgettable adventure through the Himalayas, charming villages and Chitwan National Park.

Goodbyes (for now)

It's time to say goodbye! We'll organise airport drop-offs throughout the day based on everyone's flight times, making sure everyone gets to the airport with plenty of time before departing.

While this adventure may be coming to an end, we're sure you'll be heading home with unforgettable memories, a camera roll full of photos, and friendships that'll last long after the trip is over.
