About this trip

The new moon is a powerful time to plant seeds and set intentions for what you would like to see grow and manifest. This particular new moon on May 4 falls in the grounded earth sign of Taurus, giving us the opportunity to work closely with the energy of abundance.

This two hour workshop will begin with a brief explanation of the new moon and how you can use it as a catalyst for calling in your dreams and desires. A short guided meditation will ground you into your body and connect with your heart. The remaining time will be spent crafting your own vision board based on the intentions you set.

Supplies will be provided but feel free to bring old magazines and anything special you may want to use.

My friend Lynne and I spent a week at the beauty of simplicity yoga retreat in Thailand in March. It was much more than a yoga retreat in fact and the whole experience was truly wonderful and restorative. Molly Rose taught long yoga sessions in the morning which for me not being very experienced., was a perfect combination of flow and yin. Every day had a different experience in the afternoon and we learned about the island ways. A highlight was a boat trip to the smaller local islands which are uninhabited although pictographs on the cliffs suggest they once were thousands of years ago! Our meals prepared by Molly Roses husband Sam, a chef, were amazing and we ate together on a table on the beach. There was much more and I could go on …but I personally had a unique and very positive experience and highly recommend The Beauty of Simplicity!

I am so incredibly grateful to have been a part of “The Beauty of Simplicity” women’s Thailand yoga retreat by Molly and Sam of Sirena Retreats. Daily meditation and yoga, beautifully, thoughtfully, intuitively and lovingly led by Molly. Unbelievably delicious, healthy meals and juices freshly and lovingly prepared and beautifully presented by Sam, with the freshest local ingredients. Very inexpensive daily massages by lovely local women if we wanted, (yes please!) sunrise tai chi on the beach, sound baths, Chinese medicine healers, batik with local artisans, island boat trip, sea swimming, bbq on the beach, unending fresh mango, pineapple, watermelon and coconut shakes……From the moment we arrived by speed boat to Ko Yao Noi until we left the same way a week later, Molly and Sam thought of and took care of everything. I will forever remember their kindness, their go-with-the-flow attitudes and the lovely new friends I was so privileged to spend time with..truly embodying and embracing the beauty of simplicity. Thank you. 🙏☺️❤️

The first night Molly said, “we’ve got you” and I felt that every minute of this retreat. She and her husband nourished my mind, body and soul through intuitive practices, delicious food and thoughtful reflections. I highly recommend a retreat with these beautiful people. I instantly felt safe and cared for. If you’re even considering a yoga retreat, do it and do it with Molly Rose.

It was an amazing retreat. Delicious food, fun boating adventures and of course some incredible yoga. I am lucky to have experienced all the bucket list items I wanted to in Thailand
