Whether this is your first time to New Orleans or you’re a seasoned visitor, the city’s invigorating spirit is sure to inspire, captivate and motivate you to jump in and see and do so much.  

Essence Music Festival is the event that “Parties With a Purpose“. It draws over 600,000 festival-goers a year. The EMF brings “star-studded” actors and actresses, major artists, empowerment workshops, shopping, food, and more to the famous City of New Orleans.

Over the years, Essence Festival has been the highlight of New Orleans' summer music scene. Many of the top-sellers in the African American – and crossover – music scenes have been drawn to the fest like moths to a flame. The greatest music artist of all time has made the scene here. Music artists such as Beyoncé, Prince, Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, Jeffrey Osborne, The Dells, Peabo Bryson, Lionel Richie, Frankie Beverly and Maze, and many more. You never know which Entertainer will close out the final night of this three-day event at the Superdome every year.

With so many options and many things to do all the time, narrowing the playing field can be a challenge.  As such, this booking is limited to inclusions.  As time gets closer and an itinerary can be built, a secondary post will be made to provide links to events to purchase on your own AND/OR to facilitate payment plans (for those who need).

Please note that tickets to the festival are NOT included, and you should do your diligence to secure your tickets on your own OR notifying group lead that you want tickets secured on your behalf.
