- Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your government issued identification. or Passport
- Rates are not guaranteed until your deposit is made
- The deposit per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate
- Additional nights can be added by request
- If double occupancy is selected as your package, each guests must pay their registration payment within 24 hours of the first initial traveler deposit. If not, the total package price will be adjusted to the number of travelers who paid their deposit
- A minimum of 1/2 of total balance must be paid by March 1, 2019 or reservation will be subject to cancellation
- You are responsible for keeping up with your payments and making payments on time
- Please notify Global Gifts Travel of any changes or cancellation requests via email to info@globalgiftstravel.com
- If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, the remaining traveler(s) are responsible for the adjusted room rate. Payments must be paid to satisfy the new adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date
- The Hotel will require you to present a valid passport and a credit or debit card at check-in
- Credit card is required for any mandatory fees, as well as any additional hotel incidental charges such as, spa services
- Room assignments are at the Hotel's discretion and can change at any time
