Also known as Maimouna Youssef, she is a GRAMMY–nominated, Indigenous Music Award–winning vocalist, emcee, songwriter, activist, and musical ambassador whose genre-spanning sound weaves Jazz, Gospel, Hip Hop, Soul, traditional African and Indigenous music into one expansive sonic universe.
