Although we will not be traveling anywhere for this programme, you are invited to take this journey with us where we will take some time to allow our digestive systems rest, heal gently and enjoy the collective presence of others who will also be detoxing. This is a time to let go of the old and embrace the new physically, mentally and emotionally.
For the first two days, we will invite participants to stop eating the foods that are most likely to cause inflammation in the gut. . A list of those food items will be provided.
