Decompress from the holidays, take time to ground your body, nourish your spirit, and create clarity for 2024 through this retreat. We all enjoy having the freedom to make choices and this retreat has been designed with everyone in mind, those who wish to come for 1 day, and those who wish to be pampered in a 2 night, 3 day long weekend away. 


Join Lark Gibson of Radiant Spirit Retreats and soak in the calming energy of the Gibson's beautiful 25 acres of property 20 miles north of Spring Green. Immerse yourself in a relaxing and restorative aromatherapy yoga class accompanied by breathwork and meditation with Lark. 


Detoxify and rejuvenate in a group sauna enhanced by gentle breathwork and meditation, guided by yoga instructor Emily Benz. Or, join Lark for an experiential workshop where you will learn how to give/receive an AromaTouch Hand Massage with grounding essential oils and learn an energy technique to help create a better flow of energy in your body and mind.


Allow any stress in your life to be dissolved through a reflective walk outside, soaking in the peaceful vibrations of nature. Or, if you are cold adverse you can untether tension and tap into a creative space through journaling and/or adult coloring inside the studio.


Drop into an inspiring and creative space as Lark guides you through one of the pinnacles of this retreat, the process of creating your own 2024 Vision Board. This experience involves guided journaling prompts with the end result being the creation of your own collage of images and words symbolizing your dreams and goals for the year ahead. Lark will also share an effective manifestation technique she has been using successfully for two decades you will be able to apply in your life right away.


Optional: 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Mocktail "Happy Hour" + 3-Course Dinner and Drinks catered by DelecTable

3-Course Dinner and Drinks (optional)

Finish the day by dining on a sumptuous multi-course meal, featuring local and seasonal food. All food is catered by DelecTable, owned by the Gibson’s and run by Lark's husband Justin Gibson. The entire menu for the retreat is vegetarian and gluten-free.

Based on the package you purchase you may be participating in one of these days or all of the days below so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.



1/19/24 - FRIDAY

For those staying at the Homestead Retreat:
 

Check-in as early as 2:00 p.m. Enjoy mingling with other retreat attendees and enjoy sharing a meal together in the evening (brought by you) in the provided kitchen. There is a cozy den, featuring a massage chair, and wood fireplace where you can enjoy adult coloring, reading, journaling and relaxing over a cup of tea.

Optional Private Healing Sessions:
Therapeutic Massage and Amethyst Crystal Bio-Mat sessions will take place here on-site from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Homestead Retreat. 


***These sessions are OPEN TO EVERYONE including those staying at a nearby airbnb and locals attending the retreat.***

9:00 – 10:30 a.m. - Aromatherapy Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation - Lark Gibson

10:30 – 12:00 p.m. – Self-Care Options:

Sauna guided with breathwork and meditation - Emily Benz (max 9 people)

Relaxing AromaTouch Hand Technique and energy work for harmonizing the body – Lark Gibson

12:15 – 12:45 - Lunch 

12:45 – 1:45 p.m. – Free Time: Meditative Nature Walk / Journaling / Adult Coloring

10:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. – Ayurvedic Presentation - learn principles and practices to bring greater health and well-being into your daily life - Lark Gibson

11:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. - Closing circle

1-on-1 Healing Sessions (optional)

To greater enhance your weekend whether you're staying at the Homestead Retreat OR you're staying elsewhere, you may pre-register for a private individual healing session on-site at the Homestead Retreat.


Therapeutic Massage - Kristy Medo - 1 hour is $110 (no tip necessary)
Kristy has been practicing massage for 17 years and specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Pregnancy massage. Learn more.  


Amethyst Crystal Bio-Mat session - Lark Gibson - 1 hour is $100 (no tip necessary)
Rest on an amethyst crystal bio-mat that conducts far infrared heat through amethyst crystals to relieve stress, alleviate muscle/joint pain, boost your immune system, and restore your adrenals.  


Simultaneous sessions for Massage and the Bio-Mat will take place on Friday, January 19 at the following times:
3:00 – 4:00 p.m. 

4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. 

5:30 – 6:30 p.m. 

6:45 – 7:45 p.m.

8:00 – 9:00 p.m. 


HOW TO SIGN-UP 

Register by January 10, 2024 by emailing Lark at lark@radiantspiritretreats.com with your desired session and ideal time. These sessions will be pre-paid separately. These are available on a first come basis. No tips necessary.  

What to Bring

~ Yoga mat & yoga clothes
~ Some yoga mats and props are available on site, but if you regularly practice with your own please consider bringing your own: Block, Bolster (cushion or blanket), Yoga Strap, Blanket, or Eye Pillow

~ Water bottle

~ Blank journal and pen

~ Winter boots + warm clothing for walking outside
~ Towel and/or bathrobe and bathing suit (optional) for the sauna

~ Snacks (non-refrigerated)

Car Pool

Carpooling is highly encouraged! If interested in riding with someone please contact Lark 2 weeks prior to the Retreat and she will connect you with others wishing to ride together.

Refund Policy

Cancellations: your deposit for the retreat is non-refundable. 


Registrations canceled less than 30 days prior to the retreat date are 100% non-refundable.


At any time, if you can find a replacement participant to pay in full (not discounted), you will receive a full refund for the retreat.


For those staying at the Homestead Retreat, if we do not meet the minimum of 5 people by January 10, you will be refunded back in full all money paid toward your lodging.


Therapeutic Massage and Amethyst Bio-Mat Sessions - all payments made are final, there will be no refunds if you need to cancel.

About your organizer

Lark Gibson, 200 RYT, has been practicing yoga for more than 2 decades and sharing her passion and knowledge of Prana Flow, Slow Flow, and Yin yoga for the past 16 years via 1-on-1 and hybrid classes. She has run more than a dozen retreats, owns her own yoga studio, and rents it out for other's retreats. It is housed on her beautiful property of 25 acres north of Spring Green. Lark brings a blend of asana, breathwork, meditation, essential oils, creative sequencing, intuition, inspiration, and intention into every class.
