About this trip

A Day-long Retreat to nourish and revitalize your mind, body and soul through yoga, nature, and wellness practices. 

Join Lark Gibson of Radiant Spirit Retreats for a deeply healing and nourishing day on the Gibson's beautiful 25 acres of property 20 miles north of Spring Green. Immerse yourself in a relaxing and restorative Aromatherapy Yoga class followed by Pranayama and Meditation with Lark. 

Allow any stress in your life to be dissolved through a reflective walk outside, soaking in the peaceful vibrations of nature. Or, if you are cold adverse you can untether tension and tap into a creative space through journaling and/or adult coloring inside the studio.

Drop into an inspiring and creative space as Lark guides you through the process of creating your own 2023 Vision Board. This is a collage of images and words symbolizing your dreams and goals for the year ahead. Lark will also share an effective manifestation technique she has been using successfully for two decades that you will be able to apply in your life right away.

Immerse yourself in a fun workshop learning how to create your very own unique emotional well-being essential oil rollerball. The best part is you will get to take it home with you.

Optional: 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. "Happy Hour" + 3-Course Dinner and Drinks

3-Course Dinner and Drinks (optional)

Finish the day by dining on a sumptuous multi-course meal, featuring local and seasonal food. All food is catered by DelecTable, owned by the Gibson’s and run by Lark's husband Justin Gibson. The entire menu for this Retreat will be vegetarian and gluten-free.

What to Bring

~ Yoga mat & yoga clothes
~ Some yoga mats and props are available on site, but if you regularly practice with your own please consider bringing your own: Block, Bolster (cushion or blanket), Yoga Strap, Blanket, or Eye Pillow

~ Water bottle

~ Blank journal and pen

~ Winter boots + warm clothing for walking outside

~ Old calendars

~ Inspiring images

~ Art supplies

~ Glue stick

~ Scissors

~ Poster board or large sheet of blank paper (ideally 2' x 3')

What's Included

Includes day-long instruction, access to facilities, lunch, refreshments, and essential oil rollerball  making materials.

Not Included

Overnight accommodations before or after the retreat. Contact Lark for Airbnb options in the area at There are some lovely options available as close as 2 minutes away tucked into the countryside.

Carpooling is highly encouraged! If interested in riding with someone please contact Lark 2 weeks prior to the Retreat and she will connect you with others wishing to ride together.

11:30 – 12:00 p.m. - Pranayama & Meditation with Lark

12:15 – 1:00 p.m. - Lunch

1:00 – 1:30 p.m. – Free Time: Nature Walk / Adult Coloring 

1:30 - 3:30 p.m. – Vision Board & Manifestation Workshop (includes refreshment break)

3:30 – 4:00 p.m. – Essential Oil Emotional Well-Being Rollerball Workshop

4:00 – 4:30 p.m. - Aromatherapy Spa Towel / Closing Circle 


4:30 - 5:00 p.m. - "Happy Hour" 

5:00 – 6:30 p.m. - 3-Course Dinner + Drinks

Refund Policy

Cancellations: $60 of your deposit is nonrefundable. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the retreat date are 100% non-refundable.

At any time, if you can find a replacement participant to pay in full (not discounted), you will receive a full refund.

Lark Gibson, 200 RYT, has been practicing yoga for more than 2 decades and sharing her knowledge and passion of yoga for the past 13 years via 1-on-1, semi-private classes, Zoom yoga, and Retreats. She brings a blend of asana, breathwork, meditation, essential oils, creative sequencing, intuition, inspiration, and intention into every class. What makes her classes especially unique is her use of specific essential oils throughout class to create greater transformation for her students physically and emotionally.
