Dina Ivas took the leap and became a full-time yoga teacher in 2010 after completely burning out in her career in fashion merchandising.  She got her certification in Vinyasa at Sonic Yoga in NYC and built a thriving business teaching at top studios and corporate offices, working with celebrity clients, and leading retreats worldwide.  For over ten years she's treated her students to curated wellness adventures in exotic locales including Costa Rica, Tulum, Puerto Rico, and the Greek Islands.  Always a beach-lover at heart, Dina relocated from Brooklyn to South Florida in 2020 and launched her Virtual Studio where she offers live-streaming and on-demand classes.  Her mission is to make yoga playful and accessible to everyone.  When not on the mat, Dina enjoys cooking, writing, and getting real with her roomie Becca Pace in their mood-boosting podcast RISE with Dina & Becca. Get to know Dina more by visiting her on Instagram @dinaivas, or tuning into her podcast on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
