D.O.E. Excursions Travel has the pleasure of composing a 3-day, 2-night local wellness getaway in Carefree, AZ at CIAVANA Wellness Resort & Spa. This highly recommended 4.5 star resort has all the amenities that will make you feel at home and help you get tuned with yourself in the present moment. With over 70+ complimentary wellness classes, healthy food options for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, and an excellent, mindful staff, you will feel refreshed, restored, and ready to take on the new year!

We have packages that fit individuals who need to reset and prepare for the upcoming year, that mom and/or dad that wants to have the quality time with each other while focusing on their health and wellness, and I can't forget that group of guys and ladies that may want to take advantage of the resort's spa treatments (for additional cost) and wellness classes as an opportunity to bond and strengthen relationships! 

To prepare yourself for the transition from 2021 to 2022, deposits will be taken starting February 1, 2021 in the amount of $100.00 per person. Our customized packages were made only for those interested in single and double occupancy. Unfortunately, triple and quad occupancy will not be accepted! Package prices are listed as per person!

Payment plans will be available and will start on the 15th of each month following your deposit payment. (For example, if you make your deposit in the month of February, you first payment installment will be on March 15th!)

November 15, 2021 - Last day to accept bookings and for all balances to be paid in full!

D.O.E. Excursions Travel crafted this getaway itinerary with mostly local residents of AZ in mind but that does not mean you are not invited to come out to AZ and experience this resort! If you would like to come out to AZ for this 3-day, 2-night stay, please express your interest to our email address at admin@doeexcursions.com so we can further customized your arrangements with flights and/or ground transportation! This exception is only for guests outside of AZ!

PAYMENTS :  All registrations made through D.O.E. Excursions Travel, LLC, require either a deposit or a payment in full.  D.O.E. Excursions Travel, LLC processes only credit/debit card transactions (Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard). ACH transactions and checks are not accepted. All payments, which includes deposits and payments made in full, are non-refundable and non-transferable for this retreat. No exceptions.

TRAVEL PROTECTION:  Because we know certain things may happen that may be beyond our control, it is HIGHLY recommended that guests purchase travel insurance along with their package during the initial registration process. Although, it is not mandatory, travel insurance can provide an ease of mind with specified coverage for cancellations, medical circumstances, etc. 

CANCELLATIONS:  If you are no longer able to attend the retreat, please submit your cancellation notice via email to admin@doeexcursions.com. Please allow 48 hours for a follow-up. If you do not receive any acknowledgement after 48 hours, please contact Chantel West at 602-640-0427 to ensure your cancellation notice information was received.
