Antje and her family in Korea have curated such a fun and thoughtful introduction to making kimchi and to the Iksan area. From the daily itineraries that were full but not frantic, to the beautiful Hanok where we all stayed, to the chance to try our hand at Korean cooking and crafts, the entire trip was interesting, comfortable, and above all, fun! I recommend this trip to anyone interested in getting to know a part of Korea outside of Seoul, curious about Korean cooking, or wanting an experience that feels more like visiting friends than group travel. I’ll cherish the memories for life!

This was a perfect Trip from the Beginning to the End. The activities, the meals, the pacing were on point, and staying at the Hanok was wonderful. The group was also really wonderful, I met lovely Ladies from different countries, and we got along very well. Antje and Gunwoo are fantastic, authentic and lovely hosts, and the Parents are very lovely People as well. I had a very special time and a Birthday I won’t forget. It’s a 10/10 for me, it was worth every Cent.

Truly an amazing experience that I can highly recommend and would definitely do again! Not only was everything organized super well, from accomodation, transport, activities, and local gems for food spots, but we additionally learned so many interesting facts about the country and culture from our amazing guides Antje and Dony. I would've never thought of visiting most of the spots we stopped at, and as the group size was so small there was enough room for individual requests, questions or wishes. So glad I got to experience this!

We had such a great time during our homestay, we definitely lucked out with our group. The places we visited were amazing and the food ... loved all the food. Antje and her family were amazing hosts, full of energy and information. And trust me, Tou had a lot of questions. Again, we had such a great time and would recommend this to everyone. Our first international trip with Antje, amazing!!! Connie & Tou

Even though Jeju started out raining Dony and Antje always had plan B ready. Seriously, these two aren't just tour guides; they're memory architects. They handled the weather with such grace and foresight that every single day felt perfectly curated, rain or shine. I honestly don't have enough synonyms for "amazing." Fresh is an understatement. Every single meal was a culinary revelation that left me speechless. I was trapped in a wonderful loop where I’d confidently declare, "This is it—the moistest fish I've ever tasted!" or "Nothing can top this abalone dish!" only to have the very next day’s offering somehow surpass it. A huge personal thank you to Dony, who introduced me to a brand new, all-time favorite dish—it was pure magic on a plate! Their impeccable taste extends far beyond dinner. Dony has an uncanny knack for scouting cafes where the ambiance is as delicious as the coffee. Ultra Marine was a stunning example—cozy, breathtaking, and utterly mouth-watering in its aesthetic. It was the perfect haven to catch an unexpected sunset!! Sharing that island magic—the dramatic coastlines, the volcanic landscapes—with great friends made every vista feel even more profound.
