Great trip, LC23 Vancouver! Very nice accommodations at the Fairmont hotel Vancouver in the city center!! Nice restaurant & Bar within (Notch8)!!! Only 3 minutes walk to Burrard train station!!!
I am committed and looking forward to rejoin MAC Sports for BNP Paribas Indian Wells 2024 as well as LC24 in Berlin.

I had a great time.  I felt our seats were really good this year and i loved our hotel.  both seemed at a higher level than past trips and i preferred that.  the location of the hotel was fabulous, close to upscale shopping and great restaurants.  also simple to get to transportation to get us to and from the tennis venue.  the buffet breakfast was also excellent.

Michael and Jessica made sure we knew where to go and provided tips and insight about how to navigate the tournament. Their follow up was great when we had a question. Our seats were great and all in the shade.
Prices for everything at the venue are really high.
Transportation getting there was good by limo though one driver did not know how to get there.
Getting home by limo was very difficult; it is so poorly organized.
Tennis center needs a logistics expert to figure this out; or common sense.

2023 US Open - Mark & Barbara Workman - USO23

My father and I are bonded by the game of tennis. He has played much of his 80 year life, and I much of my nearly 50 year life. Attending Wimbledon together has long been a shared "bucket list" destination. After searching and interacting with several travel companies I settled on MAC and was pleased with the decision from start to finish.

We ended up booking a custom package which was accommodated and made simple from the get go. Leading to the event the communication was thorough and responsive. At no point in time did I worry or wonder what or where or how our trip might unfold. I'm a planner, so that holds a lot of weight for me. Once in England, the accommodations were as expected, and the guidance Michael, Jessica, and the rest of the staff provided was extensively helpful. "They were there when you needed them, but not in your face," as my dad chimed in. That made it such that you didn't feel overly part of a larger group. (For those who wanted to feel part of a larger travel group, that was welcoming as well. We just preferred a little more of a do our own thing approach.) That said, it was nice to occasionally bump into a friendly face be it MAC staff or others from our group once on the venue grounds or out at a nearby pub.

We highly recommend using MAC for any of their offered destination travel planning. You're in solid, knowledgeable, savvy hands. Next stop, Paris??? (We shall see. But our first stop will be MAC for sure.)

This was our 2nd trip we have booked with Mac Sports travel. Roland Garros last year and Wimbledon this year. Both were amazing! This was a bucket list trip to see Wimbledon. The package included a 5 night stay at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel which was fantastic. Our tennis tickets included 2 days each of Courte 1 and Center Court, and the seats were always great. Michael Jeff was a perfect host and gave us all  a very informative Day 1 on how to get around, other sights to see, etc. All in all, on a scale of 1 to 10, this was a 12 !!!

My mom and I had an amazing time and will be talking about this trip for years to come. Michael and his crew are first rate and took us the to tournament every day on the London Underground. At one point, the card they provided for the tube wasn't working and Jessica, who works with Michael, immediately supplied me with another! 

We had fabulous seats on Centre Court and Court 1 and access to exclusive lounges with amazing food and views of the tournament, making this a VIP experience for my mother and I. It is clear that Michael and his team are passionate about what they do; they always made sure we were having a good time. And Michael knew the grounds inside and out and offered us daily tours. But he also gave us the freedom to do things on our own after we got to the tournament. 

The welcome reception Michael organized for everyone was wonderful and gave us a chance to meet all of the other people going on the trip. We completed our grand slam, and will definitely be booking Mac Sports again for Indian Wells in 2025. Many thanks to Michael and the rest of the team!

Five Stars all the way! My wife and I had Wimbledon on our bucket list, planning to do this only once, but after the experience that MAC Sports Travel provided, we will be doing many more July trips to London. Michael, Jessica and  his team provided any type of support, assistance or recommendations that you would need. The hotel is in the perfect location in Chelsea to get to the tournament, into the city or airport all by the tube system. Michael Jeffs, and Jessica, helped to make this Wimbledon adventure extraordinarily successful.  Michael was chiefly responsible for the organization of it. The hotel was excellent, organization to get from hotel to Wimbledon courts and back  was so clear we needed the instruction only once. The Debenture tickets were excellent, close to the action, esp Court 1.  We recommend this company highly, and we would hire them again.  Thank you Mac Sports!

We had a great time at the French Open watching the early rounds of tennis where we got to see all the stars of the game up close. VIP access to the tournament really cut down on the wait time to get in which was a big plus as the general entry queues looked lengthy. We received a personal gift upon entry and a memento of our tennis experience.  Our package also included access to a private lounge where we could cool off with a refreshment with an open bar and finger foods throughout the day. The personal pick-up and drop-off from the airport to our hotel was another nice touch and removed some of the stress of travelling.  On the last day we had a private bus tour of some of the key Paris landmarks including a Seine River Tour, seeing the Effiel Tower up close and lunch near the church of the Sacred Heart at Mon Matre. Throughout the entire trip the food was delicious. We met new friends and it was great hearing about their tennis experiences. 

All in all the team at MacSports did a great job in making this an unforgettable trip. We can't wait for our next tennis adventure. Anyone for tennis?

2023 Monte Carlo Masters- Mitch & Suzanne Flights - MC23

Well, Monaco and Monte Carlo are not exactly our cup of tea- ostentatious displays of wealth as an everyday way of life- but Mac Travel did a super job to make the tennis experience perfect! Accommodations are an easy 1/3 m walk to tennis OR via a free bus that stopped in front of hotel. Great seats throughout, wonderful concierge level assistance from able Jessica Patterson of Mac Travel, etc. etc. Our included half day city tour turned out to be an all day fascinating tour experience that was a nice break. 

Our third or fourth Mac Travel trip, we look forward to more, as we are tennis fan  PSYCHOTICS.

Trip was great.  Well organized with a variety of options regarding outside activities (tennis clinic) and food.  Special surprise of having a Suite for the evening matches was amazing.  Highly recommended.

Our Australian trip was wonderful and I was very pleased with all the arrangements made by Mac Travel. The hotels were centrally located and very comfortable. The tickets to the Open were perfect—seats fabulous. The hosts, Matt and Rebecca, were very helpful and informative. Arrangements in the other locations were also wonderful. I would definitely recommend Mac Sports to others and would consider using them again for future travel.

2023 Australian Open -  Jennifer & Chris Button - AO23

Our trip to US Open over Labor Day weekend was well organized by Mac Sports.  The hotel accommodations were very nice.  The location of the hotel was perfect., as it was just a couple of blocks away from Grand Central where we caught the subway to to the US Open.  On our first day, Mac Sports was on hand to guide us through the NYC subway system & also provided a tour of the main sites at the US Open.  Finally,  we were very happy with our seats all four days at Arthur Ashe stadium.   We highly recommend  Mac Sports. 

2022 US Open - Charles Holbert & Teresa DeCora - USO22

I recently returned from my trip with Michael and Jessica to Laver Cup in London and the experience could not have gone any better! I was very pleased with Michael’s attention to detail and quick responses to questions and concerns before and during our trip.  Since I had never been to London, I went a day early to explore the city.  Michael booked an excellent all-day tour of London which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Our accommodations were at the Hilton Canary Wharf, which had large rooms and plenty of space.  A full breakfast was included with our package, which started our day with lots of good food (since the food selections at the O2 were minimal.)

Jessica planned a wonderful reception at the hotel followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant the night before the Laver Cup began.  This gave our group a chance to visit with one another prior to the busy weekend.

Michael and Jessica were available each day to take us to/from the O2 Arena via the Tube if we needed any help.

I will definitely travel with Mac Sports again and HIGHLY recommend them!
