All sleeping accommodations are included throughout the time of your trip at our host hotel, Chanya Lodge in Moshi and our chosen safari lodges while on safari.

International and local flights to get to Kilimanjaro International Airport

Visa

Extra Nights at Hotel

Extra nights at the hotel, including for early arrival. Your hotel reservations start on arrival day, which is day before your first day tour begins. Anything before that is considered early arrival

Hotel Dinner

We will arrive back at hotel daily in time for dinner. Dinner at the Chanya Lodge restaurant after Cultural Day Tours is your responsibility & can be paid with cash or credit card

Laundry Services

Laundry Services are provided at the hotel if needed. Rates are at the discretion of hotel and to be paid by customer.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not mandatory, but highly recommended,in case any flight delays, cancellations, medical or other emergencies may arise during your trip to Tanzania.

Tipping

Daily tips for your guide and driver is recommended. These can be paid to your main guide at the end of your trip, before departure. We recommend, $10-$20 per day as minimum tipping recommendation.
