Join us on a yoga and surf adventure in Popoyo, Nicaragua,  to recharge our souls, say goodbye to 2021 (or what has felt like a never ending 2020) and celebrate life as we ring in 2022 together! We’ll spend our days practicing yoga, surfing the waters of Popoyo (neighbour to 10 world class surf breaks), immersing in nature, learning about Nicaraguan culture and so much more.    and will lead you through all the yoga to move your body, feed your soul and reconnect to yourself. We'll set intentions to welcome the New Year before celebrating it in style with a beach BBQ, music, dancing and more!

This retreat is open to all levels of yoga and surf. Modifications will be given for yogis of all levels and surf breaks for beginners and intermediate surfers are available.

What to expect in Jenny’s classes? 

In her classes she will take you through mindful flows and workshop postures. She focuses heavily on foundation and alignment to safely prepare you for more challenging postures later on. Jenny encourages you to turn inwards, draw intentionality into your practice and recognize your strength both physically and mentally in each moment.

What to expect in Emily’s classes? 

She is passionate about sharing her love of a well-rounded and balanced yoga practice through her teachings of both powerful, sweaty vinyasa classes and grounding, soothing restorative and yin classes. Emily incorporates the healing properties and benefits of essential oils into her yoga classes as well. Seek more balance in your life, invigorate your mind, and soothe your soul in Emily's classes!
