As soon as we arrive, let's get the blood flowing and move our body with a little standing power flow yoga. This will be a short class. 

After yoga, we will have a light picnic lunch together. This may be at the site or just nearby. If you have food restrictions, for this one meal, you may need to bring your own bag lunch. All other meals will be accommodated. 

Local Guides will educate us about the ecosystem of the area. 

We will savor the breath as we breathe in the trees. This special breathing exercise work is helpful in so many situations - even perhaps if you are nervous about our next activity!

Fitted with a specially-designed harness, savor breathtaking views of the majestic Redwood forest at a more leisurely pace. 7 zips, 2 sky bridges, and a rappel round out this adventure, along with a guide who will help you see the Redwoods like you’ve never seen them before.

We will do a little restorative class along with breath work and meditation in the evening. 

We will take a moment to drink it all in — the sights, sounds, and smells of this one of a kind location. Just a practice in being present and thankful. 

There are four healthy and gourmet meals to choose from. Any and all food restrictions can be accommodated. That's what they say and I have confirmed this with the chef!

You can eat in silence amongst the trees, have a romantic dinner in your treehouse,  or gather with others on a platform in the sky. 

I don't even know how to describe this amazingness. I am so excited! We will sleep in the magnificence of the treetops, experiencing what the eagles get to do. This is our safe little birds nest for the night. 

What an amazing opportunity!

Again, this meal will be delivered to your door (or perch rather). I cannot think of another more spectacular way to greet the day. 

We will be back at it. If you are up for more of an adrenaline rush, join us. If you'd rather skip it, that's a valid option too. You may want to linger and take it all in. 

We will fit in some asana (physical practice of yoga) before we head home. 

As we make a day of it. Let's stop at this local gem. I always like to stop at my favorite bakery on the way up here. It always puts a smile on my face. The good things in life —  Good coffee and pastries (tea and GF options too). 

So this is an extra and it is optional. You could also just head up to the Treehouses.

I would love to show you my favorite farm stand on the way home. This way, you can take home some of the north bay magic as in produce. Bring cash, I think it is even on the honor system. It is unique. 

This is special — it is always nice to know of the local magic. Being in the know, you may enjoy these stops for years to come. 

You are all set up for a nice long weekend. Maybe you will stick around in the area for a night to two. Or maybe you will take home your fine produce and cook up a storm for your loved ones.
