In Taiwan, the night market plays a central role in people’s lives. Let’s stroll back and forth amid the hubbub. Stall after stall is packed with sweet-smelling delicacies. Let’s listen and talk to the gracious owners and dive into a local culture through various cuisines, delicacies and bubble tea!

We will guide your students around, share important cultural and language points, and also help establish conversations between the students and the locals!

Nick grew up in Beijing before he came to the US for graduate study. Over the years he has established extensive relationships with Chinese schools, companies and NGO’s. Nick is a cross-cultural communication expert and enjoys learning via travel. He founded Real China and since then has been leading numerous faculty-led study trips for schools and colleges across the US.
Born and raised in Colorado, Joe spoken mostly English until he started to study Chinese Language and International Affair in college. He is now fluent in Mandarin and has relocated to Taiwan where he manages most of Real China's Taiwan trips. Joe has a true passion for traveling and has lead tours for friends, family members, and fellow classmates.
