***This is a boutique hotel and all rooms have queen size beds.  The rooms with two beds in them are a queen bed and a 1 sofa bed***  

 Cancellation policy:

 To cancel your vacation, Travel Advisor charges a non-refundable fee of $100.00. This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request and the vacation will not be canceled until this fee is paid.  Unless otherwise stated in your travel proposal, you can cancel and receive a travel credit, less your non-refundable deposit and any supplier-imposed penalties.  All payments are non-refundable 15 days after received.  Your final payment is immediately non-refundable.  All cancellations must be in writing to adrtravel@adrtravelgroup.com.

Any violation will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments.
