The group will stay in a premium mountain lodge hotel with direct access to lifts, slopes, shopping, and restaurants. The lodge includes hotel rooms, apartments, restaurants, bars, and spa facilities, creating a comfortable base for the week.

Before booking, please inform us of any medical conditions or other circumstances that might impact your trip. This allows us to assess whether the holiday is suitable for you.
If you have reduced mobility, for example difficulty walking 500 metres unaided, or require additional support, you must notify us before making a booking.
Additionally, if any changes occur to your health or mobility after booking, you must inform us as soon as possible before departure to allow us to make necessary adjustments. Failure to provide this information in time may result in the trip being unsuitable for you, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
To ensure your safety and wellbeing, we will ask you to disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking. This information will be kept confidential and only shared with relevant parties in the event of an emergency.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel documents meet the entry requirements for the countries you are travelling to or transiting through.
Please check the validity of your passport prior to booking. For travellers requiring a visa or transit clearance, please check the latest requirements via the official government website or with your local consulate.
Entry rules may change, so we strongly recommend checking the latest travel advice on your government website before booking and again before travel.
Travel insurance is mandatory for this trip. All travellers must purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes winter sports coverage. This policy should cover, as a minimum:
✔ Medical emergencies, treatment, and repatriation assistance
✔ Cover for pre-existing medical conditions
✔ Trip cancellations and travel disruptions
✔ Personal liability cover
✔ Personal belongings, baggage, and money
✔ Winter sports cover, including ski equipment rental, theft, or loss
This requirement applies to everyone in your booking, including children and infants if applicable. Your insurance must be active from the time of booking and cover the entire duration of your trip until your expected return date.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified insurance provider to ensure your policy includes all necessary protections.
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from the agreed meeting point at the agreed time.
In this case, the meeting point will be Scandinavian Mountains Airport (SCR). The transfer time is normally in the region of 45 minutes from the airport.
In order to make the group transfer to Trysil, the flight recommendation is listed below.
Please visit the airline website for the up-to-date flight timings.
You are free to choose whichever return flight suits you best. However, you must ensure your flight aligns with the group transfer timing if you intend to use the shared transfer.
The Airport-Trysil Arrival group transfer has been scheduled between 3pm-4pm
The Trysil-Airport Departure group transfer has been scheduled between 10am-11am
Please note that if you miss the allocated time for the group transfer or are unable to make it, there may be an additional fee to rearrange this, subject to availability. Alternatively, you may need to arrange your own transfer to and from the ski resort.
Please advise us before travel of any ski or snowboard bags you are bringing with you, to ensure suitable transport arrangements can be made.
The Muslim Ski Club is committed to creating a respectful and enjoyable environment for all participants. By joining our trips, members agree to uphold the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
8.1.1 General Behaviour:
Participants are expected to behave in line with community guidelines and in accordance with Islamic values. This includes, but isn’t limited to:
Acting Islamically and supporting others in maintaining religious obligations.
Respecting everyone, including staff, members, suppliers, and locals.
Following local laws and resort rules.
Understanding the boundaries set by others and respecting their privacy.
Communicating concerns promptly and maintaining a supportive culture.
8.1.2 Religious Sensitivity:
As a Muslim-led club, we uphold values of Islam. Participants are expected to behave and dress modestly and not act in any way that would bring disrepute to the club.
Any consumption of haraam substances, including those that may be legal in the country you are travelling to, such as alcohol or intoxicating drugs, is strictly prohibited for members during the trip. If there is a medical exception, participants will be asked to provide proof of this prior to the trip.
Should any issues arise during the trip, participants are encouraged to address them directly with tour leaders to ensure a smooth resolution.
8.2.1 Behaviour on the Trip:
Only registered participants are allowed to use services provided on the trip. Guests or unregistered individuals are not permitted.
Participants will be held accountable for any damages caused to accommodation, its contents, equipment, or other facilities during their stay.
If disruptive behaviour occurs overseas with the result that your holiday is terminated, then you will become responsible for your own return travel arrangements, including those of any other members of your group who cannot or will not travel without you.
With respect to accommodation or services provided by us or a third party, if any party considers your behaviour to be dangerous, disruptive, offensive, threatening, or representing a risk to others, we retain the right to immediately terminate your contract with that supplier and the Muslim Ski Club.
Attendees must adhere to the guidelines and ensure that they:
Don’t act un-Islamically at any point during the trip.
Are not involved in bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
Don’t dress immodestly in public or shared spaces.
Don’t engage in inappropriate personal conduct during the period of the trip.
Don’t visit nightclubs or places that may bring disrepute to the club.
Avoid immoral, profane, and vulgar talk, including backbiting.
Do not use substances during the trip such as alcohol, drugs, or similar.
8.2.2 Unacceptable Behaviour:
The club maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behaviour such as damaging property, purposely disrupting members, or repeated rudeness after being told not to.
Anyone engaging in such actions may be removed from the trip to protect the safety and comfort of the group. The club will not tolerate any behaviour listed above, and if you are removed, refunds or compensation will not be provided in these cases.

We are dedicated to crafting exceptional ski travel experiences that are carefully planned to provide our members with the best possible adventure. To ensure smooth coordination with our partners and suppliers, we require payments well in advance and often in line with our supplier terms and conditions.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 35% is required upon booking to secure your spot. This deposit is used to confirm arrangements with our partners and suppliers.
If you are booking within 12 weeks of departure, full payment will be required at the time of booking to secure your place.
If you have paid using the deposit option, the remaining balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the trip’s departure date.
Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit and in line with our cancellation policy.
Once full payment is made, refunds will be offered as outlined in our terms and conditions and in line with our cancellation charges.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person subject to a fee. It is your responsibility to find a replacement, and you must notify us with the replacement’s details at least 14 days before the trip’s departure date to ensure a smooth transition.
Booking name changes and transfers may be subject to an admin fee and additional costs, depending on supplier policies, such as lift pass, accommodation, or equipment name changes.
Please note that some parts of your transfer may be non-transferable and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds or credits once the trip has commenced, even for unused services or parts of the trip.
