Blending daily sound baths, guided mindfulness practices, journaling, beach walks, and curated North Fork experiences, this retreat creates a spacious and supportive environment where you can slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
Each morning begins with a meditation experience, gently guiding the body into a state of calm and presence. Throughout the retreat, sound is complemented by mindfulness meditation, breath awareness, intention setting, journaling, guided beach walks, and daily curated experiences across the North Fork.
A fully curated daily itinerary will be shared in advance of the retreat, with experiences thoughtfully selected to support a balanced and immersive journey. Experiences may include visits to Lavender by the Bay, Landcraft Garden Foundation, North Fork Chocolate Company, Widow's Hole Oyster Farm, Sang Lee Organic Farm and other private group curated experiences. nature preserves, scenic beaches, and the tranquil waters of Peconic Bay. Throughout the retreat, guests are encouraged to connect with the waterfront through mindful beach walks, meditation by the bay, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water's edge. Fishing from the retreat property is also available for those who wish to enjoy the experience.
