About this trip

Join Kelly Smith, E-RYT 500, YACEP, founder of Yoga For You and the host of the Mindful in Minutes podcast for 5 days in the land of fire and Ice. Join Kelly with daily yoga and meditation, nourishing meals and time exploring the incredible land of Iceland. 


During the 5 days you will get the opportunity to say good-bye to 2019 and welcome 2020 into your life and heart with yoga, meditation, workshops and special activities and personal time to let go of the year behind you, become a clean slate, and ignite power and intention into the year ahead. Spend your days nourishing your soul, honoring you body, and exploring the land of fire and ice. Spend your nights cozied up to the fire doing soul writing or maybe chasing the northern lights through the Icelandic sky.

Retreat inclusions 

-Daily yoga and meditation classes

-Nourishing plant based meals 

-2 workshops with Kelly

-A trip to the Blue Lagoon 

-A tour to the south of Iceland, glacier lagoon, and diamond beach

-A special Icelandic NYE celebration

-A half day trip into Reykjavik to explore the city and culture

-Flight to and from Keflavik airport

Such an amazing and informative experience learning about Yoga Nidra! I personally engage really well with Kelly's style of teaching which included a mix of both lecture and self-experience in addition to lively discussion! Kelly was very thoughtful to consider the location of the studio for the safety of the group and gifted small bags of goodies which were such a nice treat. I felt empowered to create my own yoga nidra scripts and teach a class of my own.
