During the 5 days you will get the opportunity to say good-bye to 2019 and welcome 2020 into your life and heart with yoga, meditation, workshops and special activities and personal time to let go of the year behind you, become a clean slate, and ignite power and intention into the year ahead. Spend your days nourishing your soul, honoring you body, and exploring the land of fire and ice. Spend your nights cozied up to the fire doing soul writing or maybe chasing the northern lights through the Icelandic sky.
