In preparing this proposal, the World on the Fly Travel team utilized our extensive resources, talents, and experiences gained through many years in the industry.
World on the Fly Travel, LLC and all affiliated agents (WOTFT) act as sales agents for all airlines, hotels, car-rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers (“Suppliers”) named in your itinerary. World on the Fly Travel, LLC is not responsible for the Suppliers’ acts or omissions, their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules or policies, and their failure to pay any refund or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity World on the Fly Travel, LLC may be caused by any party not under the sole and direct control of World on the Fly Travel, LLC. World on the Fly Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, epidemics and pandemics, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions not under the sole and direct control of World on the Fly Travel, LLC . By making any payment to World on the Fly Travel, LLC you assume full responsibility for and hereby release World on the Fly Travel, LLC from any and all duty of checking or verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations during the length of your proposed travel.
You further agree to submit any and all claims within 30 days after your return from the travel stated in your itinerary and to submit to Alternative Dispute Resolution in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, and under the laws of the State of New Hampshire In the event Alternative Dispute Resolution does not resolve all disputes, you agree to litigate solely in the courts of Rockingham County, New Hampshire, and under the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Cabins 303 - 308 and 310 - 322, all on the Upper deck, all with fixed twin beds and two view windows. Your cabin features a TV/DVD player; hairdryer, conditioning shampoo, body wash; binoculars; and reusable water bottles.
