Great hike! Rollo and Eduardo did an amazing job. Thank for taking care of us! Both did an outstanding job. Only negative is actually with the supplied gear. It was honestly too cold with the supplied tent and sleeping bag. I would definitely say you guys should either upgrade the sleeping bag or supply blankets. Additionally, it would have been nice to have proper walking sticks. Even for a small rental fee.

This was an incredible experience, one of the most rewarding lifetime experiences. The guides went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. Especially as my ankle was not optimal for hiking, "Pepian" aka Joshua was so kind and supportive through the whole hike along with Jurriel truly both of them helping us up and down the mountain. The meals were great, the tent and sleeping mats were clean and comfortable. Everything was 5-stars, I could not recommend this experience enough. And if you are lucky enough to get Pepian and Jurriel as your guide, you're in literally the best hands.

Our group had a great time, much thanks to the support of our guides, who had so much patient for us as well. They had several tricks and tips for making our ascent easier, and we stopped as many times as we needed to rest and recover. Both the guides and our porters - Jesler and Pedro, where always happy, in a good mood, even though they were working long hours while climbing a volcano. Anything we needed, they provided, and they made our adventure unforgettable. Thank you for everything!

Good trip and nice crew. Unfortunately no sunrise :( and VERY cold tents. Sleeping bags were not warm enough. Too little food.

This hike up Pacaya with Old Town Outfitters was great! Maria was our guide from Antigua and she was very excitable, very keen to chat with everyone and make them feel welcomed to the tour, she made us some amazing burritos for lunch while we were up Pacaya and made us all feel reassured even when some members of the group weren't feeling too well. I've forgotten the name of the local guide but he was great too, told us about the flora and the fauna of the volcano and was very helpful with the slower members of the party, and great fun when it came to tasting marshmallows!
