About this trip

A unique roadtrip through the Stunning Fjords & Mysterious Mountains of Norway!

Join us on this epic roadtrip through the area of Bergen. Imagine yourself looking out the window in our unique old timer double decker bus. Some nice tunes coming from the speakers, making new friends and cruising along the coast, while the sun warms your face!

We’ll go on a fjord-kayak trip through one of the wildest (and UNESCO) fjords in Norway, get amazed by the views on the hike to Trolltunga, one of the most scenic and spectacular cliffs in Norway. We’ll visit canyons and see Norway’s highest waterfall from up close. And of course..we’ll take the time to relax and enjoy as well!

Let's make some memories!

Join in July?

Prefer to join us in July to the southern coast? You can! You'll find more information here.

The bus

Aside from the most unique form of transportion, the bus is also your accommodation on wheels! It will be your home away from home for the next 8 days. Fully equipped with a big lounge, kitchen, 9 comfy beds, heating, bathroom,  and of course.. a fire pit!

Of course part of the fun is to be driving around in our ancient bus, transformed from an old public transportation bus into a comfortable hostel on the move. We’ll be on a roadtrip together to discover the beautiful Norway. The 32 windows will ensure you'll have the best views on the surroundings!

You’ll have your own bed, with curtains to provide some privacy and your own little reading light. Upstairs you’ll also find the lounge with a view, while downstairs is the living area, with kitchen, bathroom and dining area.

Both areas have what we call in Dutch ‘ARKO’ (Alle Ramen Kunnen Open’) and a heating system for the colder nights.

There's a direct train going from Oslo all the way to Bergen in 7 hours. Not a waste of your time, since this train ride is famous for being one of the most impressive train rides in the world! An experience in itself. Prices start at only €30,00 (if you book in time). For tickets and the schedule, check the website of the Norwegian Railway.

WP
It was a fantastic trip. Lot of different outdoor activities - hiking, kayaking, sailing and cycling- in the beautiful area of Norway. The hosts were great, provided good food and most of all they created a atmosphere of fun and happiness with bonfires, games and a lot of laughing. I went alone, like most of the others, but within an hour, we felt like a family
