About this trip
Join Forrest Yoga teacher and TRE® Provider Aviva Levine E-RYT 200, YACEP for 5 days and nights of movement, rest, adventure and the salty beach air. Steps away from the sweet translucent waters of the Caribbean Sea, this is an opportunity for you to breathe deep and experience the pure beauty and calm of this beloved Caribbean island. The retreat is held at a private villa located on the 'platinum coast' of Barbados with direct access to the beach. The water by the house is perfect for swimming and snorkeling (a sea turtle is often there swimming around, so bring your gear if you have it!)
Escape to the warm sea breeze, palm trees, emerald water, sunsets on the beach, Bajan cuisine and time to soak it all in.
This is a very intimate retreat and space is limited. Bring a few dear ones or book the King room for just you or you and a loved one and enjoy this unique and pampering tropical getaway. Everything is taken care of... book your flight and pack your bags...
About TRE®
TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.

Before You Go
Make sure you have a valid passport, ideally not expiring within 6 months of returning to US.
Look for flights on a Tuesday (not day of travel but booking day,) they are usually significantly less.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation prior to May 15th, 2017, a full refund will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit. After June 1st, 2018, 50% of the refund will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued after June 30th, 2017.
