NOURISH & GLOW Yoga + TRE Retreat is a journey to the whispers of your Soul. A time to quiet the distractions, listen to the ocean, land and your truth so that your inner voice can truly sing!
Experience a week of pure nourishment with us. Revitalize and feed your energy with twice-daily offerings of yoga and meditation and release anything that has been dimming your inner light.
Through Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Hatha Yoga, TRE® (Tension & Tension Releasing Exercises), Community Rituals, and Gong Bath - Aviva Levine and Shirley Johnson are excited to hold the space for you to relax, expand and radiate your absolute and unique glow. Enjoy three daily organic and freshly curated meals, sit in ceremony (Aztec Sweat lodge option too), hike, dance, swim, play and make new friends!
Set on the beautiful shores of the Pacific Ocean on the West Coast of Mexico, Mar de Jade Retreat Center sets the perfect environment for giving yourself permission to nourish yourself. Whether that nourishment comes from the delicious farm-to table meals, fresh juices, an afternoon read on the hammocks, our daily practices, an excursion into the jungle, the melody of the ocean- this retreat invites slowing down, self-reflection and play. Aviva and Shirley bring many years of teaching yoga, holding space, bodywork, and ritual together and as a team. We are not here to be your gurus or tell you what to do, we are here to co-create community and to hold up a mirror for you to remember and clearly see your true glow. About TRE®
TRE®
is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
TRE® is based on the fundamental idea, backed by recent scientific research, that stress, tension and trauma are both psychological and physical. TRE®’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being.

Have a lil crew? Ok sharing with others? The Dorm Room (women only) is ideal for the budget conscious traveler that would like to share with 3 or 4 other people.
There are 4-5 Twin beds. They have garden views and a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. If you aren't coming with friends, you may be sharing with others from our group and/or others staying at Mar De Jade.

These are the top of the line suites at Mar De Jade! All are bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a private balcony with an ocean view. Comfortable and well appointed, each room has a sitting area with a futon that can accommodate up to two children; some have the futon in a space separated by a door for added privacy. All have bathtubs, and some have a separate shower as well. Most are on third and fourth floors, and require steps to climb. Itinerary
Depending on what time you arrive you can get settled, walk the grounds, and/or rest. We will then have dinner together and evening circle and offering to the land and ancestors.
