Join Jyoti for a weekend of nurturing yoga, rest, and reflection on the Oregon coast. Jyoti Snyder has completed several 200hr RYT trainings, teaching with the intention of exploring and discovering our own amazing bodies, both their inner beauty and outer capabilities. Her intention is to share yogic wisdom that will bring us into alignment and awareness of all that feeds the soul. It's sure to be a special weekend.
We chose this time of year to celebrate the transition between seasons that beckons us into a more intuitive, reflective and nurturing state. This weekend will provide you the space to center and ground yourself so you can receive your loved ones this holiday season with clarity, ease and presence. How can we do that? Through the best journey we can ever embark on...one that leads us inward.

Accommodations
We will be staying in a home located in Arch Cape along the Oregon coast, about 2 hours from Portland. This simple home is comfortable and cozy, perched just above the mighty Pacific Ocean. This will afford us time to explore the beach and reorient with nature and her beauty. We are fully prepared for Pacific NW weather, but at this time of year you never know what we may get. Please pack accordingly.
We will be spending most of our time and eating meals in a cozy (i.e. smaller) communal space, with optional deck if weather is on our side. There is a hot tub so pack a suit. Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and dinner, and Sunday breakfast are included. Meals will be vegetarian, please let us know if you have a major dietary restrictions. You are welcome to bring food/snacks/wine/special drinks as there is a full kitchen. The town of Manzanita is a 10 minute drive away as well.
Prepare to arrive after 5pm on Friday, we will kick off at 6pm followed by dinner. We will enjoy yoga and breakfast Sunday morning and plan to wrap up by 11am.
