NOURISH & RELEASE Yoga, TRE + Myofascial Release Retreat is a journey to the whispers of your Soul. A time to quiet the distractions, listen to the ocean, the land, and your truth. Let your inner voice truly sing and your body feel like home again.

Experience a week of pure nourishment with us. Revitalize and feed your energy with twice-daily offerings of movement, breath, and deep release — gently letting go of the tension, stress, and stories your body has been holding. Return to a place of ease.

Through Yoga, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Myofascial Release and community rituals, Aviva Levine and Nadia Imafidon are excited to hold the space for you to relax, soften, and come home to yourself. These practices are intentionally woven to work together: yoga moves, strengthens and steadies you, myofascial release softens the deep layers that holds chronic tightness, and TRE® discharges the tension stored in the nervous system. Layer by layer, body and mind are invited into balance.

Enjoy three daily organic and freshly curated meals, sit in ceremony (Aztec Sweat lodge option too), hike, dance, swim, play and make new friends! Set on the beautiful shores of the Pacific Ocean on the West Coast of Mexico, Mar de Jade sets the perfect environment for deep nourishment.

Whether that comes from the delicious farm-to-table meals, fresh juices, an afternoon in a hammock, our daily practices, an excursion into the jungle, or the melody of the ocean -this retreat invites slowing down, self-reflection, and play. About TRE®
TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.

TRE® is based on the fundamental idea, backed by recent scientific research, that stress, tension, and trauma are both psychological and physical. TRE®'s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being.

About Myofascial Release 
Myofascial Release is a gentle, sustained bodywork practice that targets the fascia, the connective tissue web that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, and organ in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted from stress, injury, or held tension, it can create pain, stiffness, and a sense of being "stuck." Through slow, mindful pressure and stretching, myofascial release invites these restrictions to soften and unwind.

Many people experience a deep sense of spaciousness, relief, and emotional letting go. It's a beautiful complement to TRE® and yoga — meeting the body where it is and inviting it back to ease.

We all deserve to move, breathe, and live with less pain. During our week together, you'll have the time and space to give that gift

About the hosts

Trained as a Forrest Yoga teacher under Ana Forrest, Aviva Levine is fascinated with the body’s ability to transform and she is inspired to help others experience this evolution within themselves. She supports cultivating a deeper connection to the body and Spirit through Yoga, Pilates, TRE® and Craniosacral work. Embracing compassion, curiosity and humor, Aviva provides tender space to move from struggle and limitation, towards integration of body, mind and soul. Aviva is the founder of Breathe In Love Retreats and one of the founders of Breathing Room. She lives in the Bay Area, and joyfully shares her ever growing bag of tricks through private and group instruction.

Yoga has helped Nadia Imafidon manage debilitating depression and anxiety for many years. When she found yoga, she began unraveling and unlearning the mental anguish and pain she'd carried since she was a young girl Because she didn't feel safe enough to access that pain, she pushed her body aside and lived for decades in her mind instead of her body. She now offers yoga practices to inspire others to tap into body wisdom, and practice radical self-love and self-compassion through self-exploration. Nadia is a 200-hour holistic hatha yoga teacher and reiki healer based in Oakland. She offers moving meditations and accessible ways to help you tend to the mind, while honoring your physical body as it is today. Whether it's yoga or myofascial release, she'll guide you through postures and simple strategies to release tension, enhance body awareness, and improve overall wellbeing.

About your organizers

AVIVA LEVINE, E-RYT 200 ERYT, TRE® PROVIDER Trained as a Forrest Yoga teacher under Ana Forrest, Aviva is fascinated with the body’s ability to transform. She is inspired to help others experience this evolution within themselves. She promotes a deeper connection with the body through modalities including Yoga, Pilates and TRE. With compassion, curiosity and humor; she creates a sweet space to move from struggle and limitation, towards integration of body and mind. Finding comfort in movement, Aviva studied; ballet, jazz, modern dance and played competitive ultimate frisbee. After a lifetime of physical activity, multiple injuries led her to Forrest Yoga. During a TRE workshop she found that TRE complimented the deep transformative qualities of her personal practice and teaching. Her group classes and private lessons are an offering of the incredible benefits of simple techniques to heal; chronic pain, physical and emotional trauma, and injuries.
