About this trip

A Day-long Retreat for some, and Overnight Retreat for others, to nourish and revitalize your mind, body and soul through yoga, nature, food, wellness practices, live music, and camping.


Join Lark Gibson of Radiant Spirit Retreats for a deeply healing and nourishing time on the Gibson's beautiful 25 acres of land 20 miles north of Spring Green. Immerse yourself in a relaxing and restorative Aromatherapy Yoga class in nature followed by Pranayama and Meditation with Lark. 


Drop into a deeply meditative space through a guided forest bathing walk with ANFT Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Kate Bast, founder of Shinrin-Yoku Madison. Forest Bathing reconnects one to stillness, a balm to fully activate a state of full presence and "beingness".


Allow any stress in your life to be dissolved through time soaking in the peaceful vibrations of the woods in a hammock or napping on a blanket. Or, feel free to unwind and tap into a creative space through journaling and/or adult coloring. For others, enjoy unwinding and rejuvenating on an Amethyst Crystal Biomat that uses Far Infrared Light and Negative Ions to provide many health benefits.


In the evening, sip on a refreshing mocktail and dine on a sumptuous multi-course meal featuring local and seasonal cuisine. As the sun begins to set, enjoy listening to the sounds of the night begin to roll in, frogs croaking, evening bird song, and watch fireflies light up the landscape. Pull up a chair by the Gibson's 1 acre pond, sit back and enjoy a blazing bonfire and s'mores, while listening to hypnotizing, melodic and heartfelt melodies by Bitter Tiger and Def Sonic.


Sunday morning start the day by clearing your mind with an outdoor Meditation practice with Lark amidst cheerful bird song. A healthy and nourishing breakfast will follow. Take some time to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the land or allow any inspirational thoughts of the weekend to pour onto paper through journaling. Close the weekend by grounding your body and mind in a calming Aromatherapy Yin Yoga practice with Lark.

Finish the day by dining on a sumptuous vegetarian or vegan multi-course meal featuring local and seasonal cuisine. All food is catered by DelecTable, owned and run by Lark's husband Justin Gibson.

What to Bring

Dress comfortably in layers for yoga and outdoor walking. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, a blank journal and pen. Wear good shoes for walking on the land.


A few Yoga Mats and props are available on site, but if you regularly practice with your own please consider bringing your own: Block, Bolster (cushion or blanket), Yoga Strap, Blanket, or Eye Pillow.

Saturday Only Program includes: day-long instruction on Saturday from 9:30 - 5:00 p.m., access to facilities, lunch and refreshments.

Car Pool

Carpooling is highly encouraged! If interested in riding with someone please contact Lark 2 weeks prior to the Retreat and she will connect you with others wishing to ride together.

Lark Gibson, 200 RYT, has been practicing yoga for more than 2 decades and sharing her knowledge and passion of yoga for the past 13 years via 1-on-1, semi-private classes, Zoom yoga, and Retreats. She brings a blend of asana, breathwork, meditation, essential oils, creative sequencing, intuition, inspiration, and intention into every class. What makes her classes especially unique is her use of specific essential oils throughout class to create greater transformation for her students physically and emotionally.
