Join Lark Gibson of Radiant Spirit Retreats for a deeply healing and nourishing day on the Gibson's beautiful 25 acres of land 20 miles north of Spring Green. Immerse yourself in a relaxing and restorative Aromatherapy Yoga class followed by Pranayama and Meditation with Lark. Allow any stress in your life to be dissolved through time reflecting on a walk or soaking in the peaceful vibrations of nature. Or, feel free to unwind and tap into a creative space through journaling and/or adult coloring. For others, enjoy unwinding and rejuvenating on an Amethyst Crystal Biomat that uses Far Infrared Light and Negative Ions to provide many health benefits.
Immerse yourself in an experiential workshop learning how to create your own moisturizing and stress-relieving essential oil Sugar Scrub made of all-natural and organic ingredients.
Deepen your connection to nature through a local wild-food foraging and herbalist led walk with Vince Aiello. This will be an in-depth plant walk where Vince will share his years of knowledge and you'll get to engage all your senses as you taste, feel and smell the local plants.

Dress comfortably in layers for yoga and outdoor walking. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, a blank journal and pen. Wear good shoes for walking on the land and you may even want to bring rubber boots if the weather is wet around the time of the Retreat.
A few Yoga Mats and props are available on site, but if you regularly practice with your own please consider bringing your own: Block, Bolster (cushion or blanket), Yoga Strap, Blanket, or Eye Pillow.
Includes day-long instruction, access to facilities, lunch, refreshments, and sugar scrub materials.
