These Terms only cover travel related services provided by Booked by Iman, LLC. They do not extend to any third-party vendors, tour operators, or partners.

Booked by Iman, LLC is not an operator of tours, activities, nor is it a provider of tours or activities. Booked by Iman, LLC does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, manage and/or control any transportation or tour services. Our responsibilities are limited to providing planning or booking services for the customer’s requested destination.

Booked by Iman, LLC understands circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending our group trips. All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to bookedbyiman@gmail.com. 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE three business days after purchase and agreement to Booked by Iman LLC's terms and conditions. 

All other monthly installment payments, with the exception of payment processing fees, for Booked by Iman, LLC’s group trips are refundable up to 100 days prior to the trip start date. 99 days or less prior to the group trip start date, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Transfers of any payment amount to another participant or Booked by Iman, LLC group trip, custom itinerary, and/or travel related service are made at the sole discretion of Booked by Iman, LLC.

By reserving or participating in any travel services offered by African Connections (hereinafter "The Company") constitutes a contractual agreement between the participant (“you") and The Company and is an acknowledgement that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by The Company's Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
