Join Sak Beh Yoga in the Mexican Caribbean jungle, for a 15 day immersion into the foundation of yoga teachings. This comprehensive training will not only teach you the skills to be an effective teacher, but provide you with the tools to lead a purposeful life. You will dive deep into yoga, meditation, ethics and human movement, in a space to truly transform and to reconnect in tranquil nature.
Our focus is to create a calm and intimate learning environment, to inspire students to connect with themselves and nature. We break up the long training days at this multifaceted property with; meditation around the Cenote (waterhole), shaded yoga classes under the tall jungle trees, lectures in the open air palapa, breath-work practice in the natural tree circle, philosophy classes in the hammock hangout space, discussions over the bonfire, and enjoy self-study sessions in the plenty of tables and lounge areas hidden around the property among tropical plants.
This course also puts a focus on nutrition and meals, as we know that right nutrition is a key factor to endure long days of study with a healthy body and mind.
This yoga training is designed for the passionate practitioner looking to cultivate a positive change in their life.
