We had some misfortunes including travel issues for some in the group and a 100 year snow storm in Munich which resulted in closed and cancelled events along with cancelled trains which were also impacted by a labor union strike. But Scott and Vonia were able to pivot and get us where we needed to be and shifted events so that we could get the most of the overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. The hotels were nice and centrally located. The food as great and the beer wonderful. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and well informed.

BayernTrips runs a wonderful tour. The agenda, accomodations and details are superb. Scott and Vonia, the hosts, have an excellent knowledge of Bavaria and it's history and customs. Their choice of hotel locations allows more time touring and less time waiting or being bussed. A great experience. Have used them before and so highly recommend. Brad and Paulette.

Considering the adverse conditions related to a 20 year record snowfall and a transportation workers 24hr strike, two of our five day trips were cancelled and alternative ventures in Munich were conducted. For first time travelers to Europe, itineraries and travel information were provided well in advance, from orientation meeting with CSBrewery to arrival instructions to Q&A's. Scottie & Vonia were exceptional hosts, explaining work-around plans related to the above and providing a wealth of factual / trivial information related to various sites we visited. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, from the many Christmarket's, to the German cuisine and many different beers of the region, (Scottie knows them all). Hotel Jaderman was great, very comfortable and clean, exceptional breakfasts and it's staff extremely polite and helpful. It is also centrally located - tram stop directly in front and an easy walk from / to the München Hbf. We would travel with Bayern Trips again; next time in the spring or fall.
