Two nights : Om-azing Ocean Weekend Yoga Retreat
We'll arrive Saturday afternoon and begin our time together with a gentle yoga practice, followed by a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Patty. On Sunday, we will practice yoga in the morning and evening with breakfast and dinner served after our classes. There will be time during the day to relax inside or at the ocean before or after lunch. On Monday, we'll have morning yoga and then enjoy brunch before we depart feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and calm.
