I recently attended a yoga weekend retreat with Carolyn Ruszala and it was amazing. Much thought went into the program! Everything was great. I would go again with her.
The trip was truly "Om-azing". It was all that it was advertised as and more. The yoga sessions were tailored to all participants. They tied together all of our experiences and were truly amazing. I can't say enough about the location and the food. The house was beautiful and there is nothing better than overlooking the ocean while enjoying yoga or simply relaxing. All meals were both delicious and a treat to look at. Presentation was beautiful but didn't compare to the taste! The chef catered to all dietary needs of the participants. All in all it was well worth it!
