Spend a weekend with like-minded people deepening (or beginning) your yoga practice and so much more. In addition to being led by some amazing teachers, participants will have the opportunity to talk with a running/fitness expert, a breathing practitioner and participate in other wellness workshops including on site massage therapists, skin care health, etc. Lastly, the grounds are beautiful. Take time for yourself to explore them, and Lake Melverne, is only a half a mile walk away! At night, we will come together around the bonfire and listen to sweet acoustic Latin music by Maria the Mexican and share some readings or original poetry. There are 4 spots available for air mattresses to be laid down on the floor of one of the living rooms in one of the two cabins.
There is more than enough room to pitch any size tent and camp! Also, campers and trailers are welcome as well.
We will get right into it with an hour yoga and meditation practice with Jennifer Nelson followed by a fresh home cooked lunch. After lunch, we move right into the wellness portion, including a talk with assistant physical therapist and yoga teacher Ambika Selvan and another yoga practice and chakra talk with Sharyn Harley before dinner. After dinner we will wind down with a yin practice lead by Sally McVey followed by a bonfire, and live music with Maria the Mexican.
