Sanará is a barefoot luxury hotel on Tulum Beach in Quintana Roo, Mexico. Sanará provides the perfect backdrop to find your serenity as we collectively return to living with calm, vibrance and intention, all under the restorative umbrella of a small-group retreat. Join Terri Barnett as she guides you to discover and experience the vast space available in your own mind, and learn to re-channel your energy toward healing, creativity, connection and reflection to move powerfully forward in your life. You'll spend 3 nights and 4 days* in this spectacular oasis that features a beachfront yoga studio, state-of-the-art wellness center, and highly acclaimed The Real Coconut Restaurant.
Imagine awakening each day to the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Experience power vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, guided meditations, and days filled with opportunities to take care of you.
Each day has opportunity for personal time, reading, walks on the beach and spa treatments. All scheduled activities are optional.
The retreat begins on Monday, January 31st at 4:30pm with a welcome vinyasa flow yoga class followed by restorative poses + meditation to help you unwind, stretch your muscles, open your mind and set an intention for your retreat experience. The retreat concludes on Thursday morning after a final exhilarating vinyasa yoga class + refections from the experience, followed by nourishing breakfast.

Sanará cannot guarantee room availability for any reservations made after December 15th. You will still have the option to book after this date, pending resort availability, but we do urge you to book ASAP if you know you want to come (and take advantage of that discount!).
How to book your room
Listed retreat price is for two people...if you're coming with a friend, you'll split the cost, and if you're coming solo, you'll get a discount!
In consideration of COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot currently pair solo retreat participants with each other for room assignments. For this reason, we are not currently offering the purchase of single room spots. So, you have a couple of options:
OPTION 1
If you are part of a duo or trio* planning to travel together, one person must make the reservation for the entire room and collect payment shares from his/her roommate(s) upon booking. If you are the individual booking the reservation, kindly provide the names and contact information for whomever you plan to book with.
*Please note that Sanará charges an additional fee for any occupancy above 2 people in a room, so if you have THREE people in your group, please select the "Add a 3rd person to your room" from the Add-On options when booking.
OPTION 2
If you are planning to join us without a roommate, please use code NO2ND at checkout for a discounted rate.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Due to COVID-19, there is a condensed booking period for this retreat. A deposit is required upon booking, though we do encourage you to pay in full if you are able. Should you choose to pay with a deposit, the balance will be due two weeks before the retreat start date on Sunday, January 15th.
Cancellations are non-refundable, with any outstanding balance fully payable. Since last-minute injuries, illnesses, or emergencies do happen, we highly recommend travel insurance.
COVID-19 Disclosure
In an effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure and to help prevent the spread of the virus, you will be required to present a vaccination record upon booking your space and/or produce a recent negative test upon arrival to the property. All travel must be conducted within the CDC guidelines and federal regulations of both the US and Mexico.
Please read more about Sanará's COVID-19 standards and protocols here. Also worth noting that they can arrange for a doctor to come directly to your room to administer a PCR or Antigen Test (prices are listed at the link above). We highly recommend that if you'd like to receive a COVID test during your stay, you schedule in advance so they can check for availability with the doctor and ensure you are able to be seen. You may indicate this in your booking notes if you'd like for us to convey your request to Sanará at the time of your reservation.

If booked together, the upstairs rooms can be interconnected through a spacious shared balcony. The entrance to all of the suites is through a private staircase inside the villa.

This ground floor suite includes a master bedroom suite with a super king size bed, as well an additional full bed, a large living/dining room with two additional sofa beds, a stocked mini fridge, and features an exclusive private back deck area with two waterfalls. There are also spacious front decks with seating and dining spaces.
